Terrible customer service for a multimillion dollar business

Terrible customer service. Waited 4 months and 3 weeks with follow up emails being pre formatted emails just people changing the words of each pre formatted email outlines. When I received a non formatted email I requested how to make it right for my troubles as a first time buyer/customer they did not even consider it or email me back. Only reason why I bought is to support Charlie’s family and his passing. I wouldn’t make another purchase after this first time experience.

T-shirt poor quality

I ordered 3 Tshirts the day Charlie died directly from TPUSA shop. I patiently waited 3 months for my shirts to arrive. I was VERY disappointed with the shirt quality. If I had known this beforehand…I would have save $100+ on these shirts. They are very thin and wrinkle super easy! Don’t dare put them in the dryer!

Ordered a tee shirt in November 2025

Ordered a tee shirt in November 2025, still have not received my order. Tried getting tracking info from the company several times, even sending all the info they requested and a screenshot of my order.
Finally this morning received an email saying all orders from that period have been shipped and yet again they couldn’t give me tracking information or help me figure out what happened with my order. So basically I’m out 48.00 and won’t be getting my merchandise! Really disappointed in the customer service. I’m actually surprised that they then end the email with “Thank you for your support “. I would have been better off ordering from a rip off site.
Last time I’ll ever buy anything from them!

ZREO star Chinese Company

I would give this Chinese company a ZERO. You know they area fraud when they cannot even capitalize US in us 250 Years of Freedom. The shirt is definitely made overseas. My t-shirt is more of an under football pads type of stretchy material.
It took 60 days to receive my shirt, but their return policy say within 14 days. What a joke.

Chinese Scam site

I too was fooled in thinking I purchased a tshirt from Turning Point USA. It is a Chinese knock off scam. I bought a 3xx t and at best it was an xl. I sent 2 e mails to the vendor never received a reply. Thank God I purchased it through pay pal and I was fortunate enough to get my money back. Guess you really have to investigate these frauds selling on face book before you purchase.

Save your money

Save your money! This website is a knock-off! Terrible customer service and poorly made products. I was so disappointed when I realized I wasn’t supporting the Official TPUSA organization. Jewelry looked like it was handmade by a young child with a cheap jewelry kit, and the sweatshirt ripped the first day I wore it!

TPUSA and The Charlie Kirk Show Store will never send you your order EVER. So don’t buy product from them. You can’t get a hold of them, only email them. Then you’ll get the infamous auto reply. Your order will take up to 12 weeks because we are too busy and don’t care about you or your money. Sorry. They have bigger fish to fry then to give you your product that YOU paid for.

I order 2 shirts October 6th

I order 2 shirts October 6th, expedited shipping, I've talked to tpusa support by email several times. They are no help they send me a tracking number that's no good. This is a complete SCAM. I'm going to report it to FOX News next.

Actually zero stars. I spent $56 buying two shirts and shipping on October 4. When I tried to follow up on my order, I get the message that the website is unsafe and likely a scam. It is definitely a scam. Do not order from this place. Creeps & degenerates cashing in on Charlie’s assassination.

Ordered $52 worth of merch--now I can not get to the site to check on my order and got no notice of shipping. I guess I have been scammed.

Scam!!

I don’t know how they even have a 2 star overall rating. Ordered $42 of merch and after a week of waiting for shipping update I went to the link in email and it says it’s unsafe. Went to the Shop app that the order went through and the shop no longer exists. Total scam. Crooked people making a profit off of Charlie’s death.

Scam

Pretty sure this is a scam…spent $65 on a couple shirts and a Charlie Kirk coin. It’s been over 2 weeks and I don’t have any email confirming my purchase. And when I try to go to the site my browser doesn’t let me because it’s marked unsafe. And looking at past comments it doesn’t seem good. Shame on these people for scamming people off a great man like Charlie’s death. I would give -10 stars if possible.

Scam!! Ordered Charlie Kirk shirts. Said prepare to ship and next day link didn't work and website doesn't exist. Rip off!!

experience did not meet my expectation!! Really??? You are a scam!! You took down the website...did not receive the merchandise i ordered and STOLE our money!! I hope you get arrested!!
You did not only do this to me but to numerous people! I would not contact you ever and hope no one gets scammed by yall in the future. i hope governments take down your website and track you down each time you try to open a new one an shut you down. If I knew how to I would!

The link of my purchase didn’t work

The link of my purchase didn’t work. After a few days from my purchase I reached out and asked where was my order and someone answered right away. But today I reached out again and the response was automatic with no update. This was a total scam, the website doesn’t even exist anymore.
