Tracks always are very kind& helpful
Tracks always are very kind& helpful. Their service team are always nice. And always eager to help in anyway they can. I have had my car serviced & mot there for at least 20 years. And I can not fault them in anyway. It’s always a pleasure . David alway explains things very well. And all the team are always very helpful.

As always I’m very pleased with the work carried out on my car and the high level of customer service from Tracks Suzuki at Exeter. The Aftersales team are exceptional, friendly yet professional and the attention to detail with the admin/paperwork is outstanding. My car is always cleaned by the team too which is a real bonus! I have always found Tracks. Suzuki @Exeter to be professional, reliable and extremely personable in all aspects of their work. Their prompt attention to the needs of the customer and attention to detail also go towards the enhancement and attractiveness of the company when deciding what future car to purchase.

We have never felt "hurried" by this Company.
They took on-board any problems with finance matters or documentation, giving us a problem-free purchase.
The representative went through all the main car controls, answered all our questions, and even set up between our 'phone and the entertainment centre.

5* from start to finish
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Tracks and couldn’t recommend more highly.
I purchased a 2022 Swift Sport from Jack, which was a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. I couldn’t ask for more from a sales consultant, very straightforward and well taken care of.
After collection, I noticed a small noise from the suspension when going over speed bumps. This was booked in promptly and looked over by the service department. Again, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service.
Overall, Tracks have been great to do business with and I will gladly drive the 70 miles to them for servicing and perhaps a future car purchase.

Once again Tracks Suzuki Exeter have given excellent service.
My car developed a fault with the Automatic Gear system. They identified the fault, rang me with an update and had it repaired within 5 days, and all covered by a warranty.
I’m so glad I have a Service Plan with them .
