Excellent supplier
Whilst searching the internet for a new towel radiator we came across Trade Radiators. The website was easy to navigate.
We found our ideal radiator, colour (anthracite) and size. Ordered it straight away complete with matching colour valves. It was delivered within a week.
Our plumber was very impressed with the quality of the radiator and valves.
I would definitely recommend Trade Radiators and will be my first port of call if I need to replace another radiator.

Firstly the price was the cheapest, secondly I was kept fully informed of all stages of delivery which was very prompt, I will definitely buy from this company again.

Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company. Purchased a radiator paid to have it installed only to find the radiator was faulty. They were happy to swap the radiator - however it had been discontinued (possibly due to a known fault). We managed to source a different radiator elsewhere but had to pay £420 for removal and reinstallation - for a fault that was not our own. The response was we only cover the radiator not the costs of replacing it. So we have had to pay twice for installing a product that was faulty. Consumer rights act 2015 states this should not be the case. Look out for rouge traders - all fine when everything works, until there is a problem.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you experienced an issue with the radiator supplied.
As soon as the fault was reported, we offered a replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, the original model had been discontinued and was therefore unavailable for exchange. We subsequently issued a full refund for the radiator.
While our terms do not cover third-party installation or plumbing costs, we did ask you to provide a copy of the plumber's invoice so that we could review the circumstances. As a gesture of goodwill, we have since provided an additional £100 contribution towards the costs you incurred, despite our terms and conditions clearly stating that we are liable for the products only and do not cover plumbers costs.
We appreciate that having a faulty product is frustrating and understand the inconvenience this caused. However, we believe we acted promptly to resolve the product issue and went beyond our standard obligations by providing both a full product refund and a goodwill contribution towards the plumbers costs.
We value all customer feedback and remain committed to resolving any product issues fairly and professionally.

Fantastic looking radiator that came well packaged and very quickly. Very competitively priced.

Column Radiators
We're very happy with our new radiators and they perfectly suit the style of our period home. Trade Radiators were great on the comms side to arrange delivery too. We opted for the 3 Column radiator and it kicks out a lot of heat so thumbs up all round!

Great service
They were helpful sending me different colour samples. Delivery was efficient and I was kept informed. I love my column radiator - Nordic Oslo. It really has made a tremendous difference in the room.

Fantatic quality
Fantatic quality, beautiful radiators at very reasonable cost.
We went for a four coloum radiator called Norwich Oslo in anthracite, to be able to match the radiator colour and style in the rest of of house.
