Lovely radiators great company
Lovely radiators, packaged very well. Look great now up on wall. Company were very helpful when I found I had put in my delivery address incorrectly and when I had a query about installing the rads.

First time I have ordered from this company and was so easy there website has a vast range and all the informarion required to order the radiators correctly. There outside delivery company kept me updated wuth delivery date and time and that worked like clock work no messing about waiting in for hours and driver was so friendly. Excellent service and experience so far
I've ordered and received the radiator and valves. Everything went very smoothly with great delivery service: prompt and being kept informed.
The online catalogue was also easy to navigate with useful guidance on how to calculate radiator sizes.
I'd like to give 5 stars, however we haven't fitted and used the radiator yet, hence only 4 stars. I will be checking TradeRadiators first when purchasing the vertical radiator that we will need. Highly recommend.

Good company to deal with for price, selection & quality

Good website and really helpful assistance from Gemma on the phone. Delivery came exactly on time. We bought 3 large flat panel radiators. They work brilliantly and look fantastic. Couldn't fault the service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Great all round service
Second order from them to buy some Apollo Roma radiators, 6 so far. Both orders were communicated well and I was kept in form by email and telephone about the order or delivery date.
I’ve not had any issues, all the parts were packaged and arrived problem free. Competitively price in the market and fairly simple website to navigate and find what I was looking for.
Highly recommend considering them if buying radiators.

Trade Radiators offered not only a great range of products which meant I could find everything I needed in one place, but also flexible delivery with very professional drivers who were happy to deliver exactly as I needed. Their prices were very competitive too, meaning I got a great deal on the column radiator and cast iron radiator I'd be hunting for.

Excellent experience
I could not have the radiator i requested as it was out of stock not had been discontinued. They gave me an alternative which I accepted. Arrived within 24 hours of dispatch at 9am. Fitted by dinner time.

This was my first time using Trade Radiators, I had a few problems with the radiator I was sent, but Customer services was absolutely fantastic throughout and Gemma Jørgensen was very helpful in solving any issues & replacing the radiator for me. Radiator looks great. Next day delivery. Price was good. Helpful staff, when I called. I looked at many online. None of the websites told me that the valves would need to be ordered separately. So, glad I phone

Excellent after sales customer service
Excellent after sales customer service, I’ve bought 13 radiators from trade radiators and after a few months one of them developed a minor issue. After contacting customer service they were able to arrange for the to be radiator collected and fixed. Great communication throughout from Gemma.
The radiators are great and the customer service matches - I would definitely recommend

Love my Nordic Oslo columns
Would definitely recommend Trade Radiators. Have experienced a great variety & choice of valves, rads and towel rails. Appreciated the ease of using the website, helpful customer service by email and phone, smooth efficient deliveries & returns /refunds and all round good quality which has made me very happy & impressed.
My plumbers commented on the quality of the column rads and valves and even complimented the fact that Kim and Gemma knew their stuff on the phone.
I am so pleased I went ahead with my purchases, replaced all my old rads with Nordic Oslo columns , giving off so much heat and look so beautiful, like they were always there. Thank you TR .

Great prices and very fast delivery
Great prices and very fast delivery. One of the items ordered had just gone out of stock but I received an immediate email telling me this and very usefully added a link to a similar item which I then ordered. The item was slightly cheaper and the refund to my PayPal account was done straight away. Great customer service. I have used Trade Radiators before and will use them again - highly recommended.
