The shower base was damaged during delivery, they replaced the following day without any problem. Very happy with the customer service.

Very good product compared to others available on the market. Installing wet rooms all the time so can tell the difference.

Ordered and delivered on time with no problems good service

We ordered goods and told that delivery would be in 7days time. We then called during this period to ensure that the delivery date was met, but having taken payment, we were notified that these goods were not actually in stock and we would have wait a further week. Again, WE called to check on the delivery, and again we were told that this would be a further week. Having to co-ordinate multiple trades on site, and postponing people that had set aside time to do the works, we experienced significant costs having to reorganise for abortive time. Eventually, we received the goods 4 weeks later. At no point did Tradewetrooms contact us, we had to chase and query, and at no time was the customer service good - we were met with short thrift as if it this was us inconveniencing them. Notwithstanding the cost of the purchase, good manners cost nothing! Shocking, and as an architectural professional and specifier I would NOT recommend or use them again.

I was able to have a single really helpful conversation, which ended a lot of to-ing and fro-ing trying to understand the differences in the products on the market. The result was great and cheaper than anywhere else. I would highly recommend.

Found the site easy to use with a large selection, when I needed extra help all it took was one call. Will keep using them in the future.

Everything arrived as expected; next day. When I had a follow up question about getting some matching equipment that was not shown on their web site I got an immediate response that they could get it and also at a competitive price. Cannot fault in any way. So this is an A1 company as far as I am concerned. Will use again and recommend to friends..

Sadly, we would not use this company again. Products failed to arrive on the 2 occasions stated. Damaged products received via a very rude courier.

First attempt at contact with the company was met with an unhelpful assistant. subsequent contact resulted in me having to push for information.

Found Trade Wet rooms through Google.
Delivery was fast and the price was the best I could find for the quality I required.
Checkout was a bit difficult, but this was the first time I'd used their payment method.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Trade Wet Rooms again.

Just ordered off trade wetrooms first contact the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Purchase delivered on time at the price agreed and very securely packaged. Would definitely recommend.

cheaper than my local merchants on a trade account and next day delivery why bother going out of the house when you can get service like this

After a couple of calls and a few email including my plans etc Trade Wet Rooms helped me every step of the way.

Very high quality product at a reasonable price. Only issue I have is the web page is a little lacking in details e.g. item code-and not all sizes are listed, although a telephone call usually allows one to discover the size one really wants e.g. 50mm x 2.4m x 0.600m!

Used Tradewetroms twice now & twice i have been impressed. Ordered what i needed at a reasonable price i might add, and it was there the next day. Prompt delivery, good customer service with people who want to help. Why go anywhere else !!
