DO NOT USE. They fail to deliver any of what they say the will do. They cant deliver on a promise to phone back let alone deliver product. Customer Service is non-existent. If I was able to post a review showing zero stars I would.

I purchased an Aqualisa shower from this company. When the plumber went to tighten the coupling it snapped. It was a brittle part and no tools had been used on it. I rang and spoke to Stevie 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund. I returned the product to them despite Stevie telling me not to return it as they wanted to check that it was covered by the warranty! It cost me £300 and has never been used. If I don't receive a refund this week I will report this company. Their customer service is awful and I will never use them again. Everything is great until something goes wrong and then they don't want to know!!

Very happy with the service. We ordered a linear shower-drain set, they had the cheapest price and next day delivery - great. Arrived promptly, well boxed etc. However our building plans changed and we needed to swap to a shallow-trap, but the builders had made the original box rather mucky and unreturnable. Tradewetrooms staff (Stevie) were really helpful and knowledgable, sorting out a special order of just the trap, and giving clear instructions and advice on how to swap the traps without damaging the drain. New trap came promptly. Very happy.

Rarely write a review but this company deserves this so after investigation through their web site I phoned for confirmation of wet floor system I needed and a priced link went straight to my inbox. After checking for dimensions on site I placed the order and it turned up on schedule. Excellent product, excellent service, excellent value.

I bought 12mm Jaco board from trade wetrooms last week.
Delivery was good but all the boards were warped.
Unfortunately due to timescale we had to use the boards.
I emailed to trade wetrooms 19/07/14 to inform them and also ask for the 2 remaining boards to be replaced.
So far I have no response.
Not sure I'll use them again.

The website provides useful guidance and I put together my order based on that guidance. However, once I had put my order in, Tradewetrooms spotted that I had made a mistake and came back to me immediately to query some items and put it right. I'm not sure what more you could want: good prices and fantastic technical support!
