Ordered this watch box for my son for Christmas very quick service ordered lunchtime arrived the next day boxed very well and was well wrapped in plastic bag luckily as delivery company left it on my doorstep in the pouring rain.I havnt unwrapped it as it’s wrapped in tissue paper with seal didn’t want to spoil the lovely presentation would definitely use this company again

The box i got to hold my watches and rings in is absolutely gorgeous. The only reason i have given it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is the watch cushions. They are not tight enough in the holder so the watches move about when the box gets moved.

Very pleased indeed with the service as was purchased just before the postal strikes so initial delivery was delayed. Company quickly sent out a replacement with an alternative delivery company so item was received in good time for Christmas.

I ordered a watch box during the busy Christmas period and just before the postal strikes. Unfortunately, due to the postal strikes, there was a delay in me receiving the item, but Transform were very responsive and sent me a replacement item via courier to ensure I received it on time. The item itself was very good quality and well packaged and I am sure the recipient will love it. Overall, I am very impressed and I would not hesitate to recommend Transform. Thank you again guys!

Huge postal delays due Royal Mail strike action. After two weeks waiting Transform sent out a replacement to ensure the Xmas gift arrived in time. Looks nice quality but I’m concerned the popper design will not stand the test of time, would have preferred the slot in type of watch case but couldn’t find one in real leather for a sensible price in the UK. This case is a lovely black leather with rich royal blue interior, my watches look great before it was taken away for Xmas wrapping. The single travel case gift is a nice touch, it just needs some thick foam as an insert as the watch seems to rattle around. Overall great service from Transform when the issue was not of their making.

I ordered an item, but found something else more practical elsewhere. I emailed straight away and the customer service was fantastic. Cancelled my order and processed the refund. Should I need something similar - I will definitely return to this website to shop!
