Quality all the way.
I received this fantastic watch box by winning a giveaway on Instagram. It arrived beautifully packaged so would make a wonderful gift. The box itself is gorgeous in its matt black finish and obviously built to a very high standard. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this product and the company.

Disappointed
Firstly I have been sent the wrong item which was a smaller, cheaper box. It ruined Christmas a bit as this was a present and I noticed the mistake only once the present was opened. The seller had the correct attitude, he accepted to exchange for the correct box at no cost.
Secondly, the packaging was sturdy (I noticed however that the first box was wrapped in a nice black tissue paper, the second box was wrapped in a plastic bag) and the box looked nice at first glance. However looking at it closely you cannot fail to notice the smudges on the glass cover as if it has been cleaned with a greasy cloth. Also, one of the watch pillows has a stitch which is unglued. Lastly, one of the partition dividers does not sit straight in the box.
I am disappointed. For me the quality of the box is not justified by the price.

We can only further apologise for sending the wrong item and any inconvenience caused. Christmas was an extremely busy time for us and unfortunately these rare mistakes do happen and we immediately rectify them when they do.
Unfortunately, due to the high demand at Christmas we had a shortage of tissue paper which meant we could not wrap the replacement item. We can say with absolute certainty that we do not use “greasy” cloths to clean the glass of our products as this would do quite the opposite of cleaning them. We are aware that during colder months sometimes the glass can appear to be clouded when it is transported, however this is easily polished out with a micro fibre cloth.
We and many of our customers believe that our products are excellent value for money as reflected in many of our reviews.
As a small business we take pride in customer service and as stated in our returns policy, if a good is not to your satisfaction we will always cooperate in an exchange or refund providing the product has not been used and returned in original packaging within the specified timeframe.
