One word to sum up my experience would be efficiency. My travel agent, Michelle, is the epitome of professionalism. She is on the ball, incredibly organised and solution oriented. There isn't a problem that Michelle cannot come up with a solution for. The entire TG Team are professional and offer service with a personal touch that sets them apart.
