Great customer service!
Great turnaround time. Our bookings were made last minute but the team ensured that they attended to our requests as quickly as possible and attended to it until it was done. Great communication, Mpho and Lucille always kept in touch, we never needed to do any followups on anything.

I had used this services last year for accommodation and it was last minute thing but The travel group came through for us. The people are friendly and efficient.
