Bookings never confirmed now even though there through Booking.com in reality. Then you have to chase CTM to confirm the booking and surprise the room/rate is unavailable and they put the price up.... Voir plus

Terrible company

Terrible company to have to work with! They have an online system that you can't use to change or cancel flights so have to phone them up to do a 5 minute flight change and then charge $300 for it.

Brutal service

Brutal service, dishonest dealings, unorganized/unprofessional. Stay away from CTMS/payless travel and just looked up the owner and wow he has a history of horrible business ethics. (Tomer and Galia Osovitzki)

One of the worst companie

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for, they use you until they don’t need you anymore, you are nothing but a number in the seat. Management are unfriendly and rude and no one is willing to help, this is also a call centre role which is not advised until you arrive on the first day

Incredibly Inept

I don't know how they've managed to secure so many corporate accounts. They are the worst travel agency I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. They routinely issue incorrect ticket class, misquote prices, request approvals that are not necessary, sometimes even issue tickets to the wrong airports. I've had to start setting up the itinerary entirely on my own and send them screenshots to replicate my work entirely.

Rude call centre staff. Unhelpful despite trying to upgrade tickets. The worst of corporate travel providers I have experienced in 40 years

Corporate travel is very poor

Corporate travel is poor - very poor. They can only book 1 leg or return for international travel and only show limited options (note, usually far more expensive options). As a frequent traveller, or corporate switch to this app has been expensive and very frustrating.

Never again.

Worst experience using Flybuys Travel aka CTM, they are so unprofessional, and then you get the after hours team members who are even more unprofessional. I’d suggest staying away from this lot, excessive fees, increased fares, terrible customer service, long wait times to get anything actioned, the list goes on and on.. it’s a headache. They advertise awards from previous years, gave them a go.. never again!

Useless

Useless, they have no concept of how to book accommodation nor do they understand the word itinerary. I have to ask for the booking details 3 times before i get sent anything. It takes weeks for them to make a booking.

This is the worst corporate travel…

This is the worst corporate travel management system I have used. When it was setup it took 6 month for my account to be correctly activated so I could make bookings. However, the system is poorly designed. It's very difficult to find what you need. Prices are poor and much better online. Dashboard is poor, no access to flight details. System keeps bugging.

Fraud fraud these people are playing…

Fraud fraud these people are playing with middle class families life ,they are earning by a wrong direction and enjoying but they didn't understanding what will happen to there families,Swathi Telugu knowing girl also frauding both Andhra and Telangana state people's,please don't fell on this .

Scam and fraud

Guys don't use this application or job site. Some people connect u on Telegram App. Initially they will say online job but after starting asking for deposit for each task...for doing task first 10k, 15k, 20k....plus....theybask u to gv ratings first...for ratings u get around Rs 850 --Rs1500 as commission..later if u increase ur amount u get bonus too...again u wl b asked for completing 30tasks but in between u wl get a message asking to deposit money...it's a money laundering,scam and fraud being done here... u kindly avoid this application ...money looting application..be aware...

Travrating.comfake site money trap

Travrating.com

They run an app for fake ratings of travel sites. they also don't pay the people who put fake ratings. they are asked to deposit money but don't get their money back.

even popular websites like tripadvisor, agoda , find these fake guys to give 5 star ratings to various places around the world including the caves in malaysia

Terrible Travel Company

Terrible travel company that cannot even do the basics. Consistently ignores requests to make changes or cancellations, fails to complete the booking process, and provides appalling customer service.

Should not be allowed anywhere near public sector travel provision.
