Tidiness

Delayed departures and late arrivals
The Bus is not clean at all, while I asked to change my seat or someone to clean the allocated because the previous passenger has vomited over it, he said not my problem if they vomit! Is it mine?
I have to wait till the bus moved and check if any available seats, this is not what we have paid for!

Would give 0 stars if possible.

If possible, would give 0 stars. They take forever to provide info/prices and when they do, it's piecemeal. By time you get all the info/prices, you wonder if still valid. Topping off more than a week of back & forth of TERRIBLE SVC and major frustration, I called the phone # in their email and got a recording to enter first 3 ltrs of agents last name which couldn't be found with no way to get a operator.

A terrible experience

A terrible experience - it's not an exaggeration to state that dealing with CTM has been amongst my worst personal and professional experiences. How this company has excelled during the pandemic should be investigated.

Disgusting!

This company sent me faulty PCR tests back in 2021. They would not answer the phone!! I then had to claim back through the credit card company due to faulty goods and not receiving what was paid for! They are now trying to pursue this money through debt collection. Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

TERRIBLE AND FRAUDULENT COMPANY

CTM are a fraudulent company and do not make full refunds or indeed any refunds when they do not provide the service the Customer has paid for. Avoid this company AT ALL TIMES. They should be removed from the UK Government list of provision of Covid-19 related services forthwith.

BBB - Bad Beyond Belief

There are not enough words to describe how poor the service and back up from CTM is. They failed to remotely respond in a timely manner. To be avoided at all costs. One ha to wonder what due diligence the UK Government must have not done to appoint this shambolic entity to process the quarantine bookings.

This company should be rated ZERO…

This company should be rated ZERO stars! Absolutely appalling service! They haves a monopoly over all quarantine hotel bookings in the UK. I suspect the UK government went for the lowest offer as there could be NO other reason to use them. I must have spent at least 12 hours on hold over the past few days waiting to speak to their agents. When I have managed to speak to an outsourced CS agent, the quality of the phone line has been shocking! Several times I have been disconnected by their agents and more than once I have received the wrong confirmation. NO apologies and NOWHERE else to go. I do not even know if I will have a hotel room when I get to Heathrow tomorrow. Shameful conduct with no recourse for the customer.

If we could give minus or zero
I would. What a farce they have been awarded a contract for all quarantine bookings in the UK. I have been trying for more than 2 hours to get through with no answer.
The only positive or of have being forced to book a quarantine hotel with them is that I will never use their services in future from a private or business perspective.
Well done on destroying your company profile. Covid will end and we will brake to choose who we use. Your company will never see a penny from me in a personal capacity.

Profiting from crisis

A company who seems content to maximise profit from the covid crisis. This gives a great insight into the mindset of the board. Step 1 secure government contract. Step 2 offshore service to India with very poor governance. Step 3 profit. Meanwhile people losing money and their minds trying to book a covid hotel. Only open UK business hours is no use to people abroad which is of course everyone using the service.

Be careful

Be careful! They charged me £120 and I was not even in London. My card was used without my permission/authorization.
This is as simple as fraud!

Bad advice from customer service

I phoned customer service on the 4th of November at 1pm because I
didn't get a ref number sent by email after my purchase for a day 2
kit on the night of the 3rd. They told me that if I didn't get an
email nor did it appear on my bank account at that time it meant that
payment didn't go through so I had to buy another one. So I did and
received the email immediately this time.

Except that payments seem to have been delayed and actually got
charged later on and now I have 2 kits (and payed twice).

Send an email this time to know if I could send back the second kit to get a refund, no answer ...

In it for the money

Booking was fine, the tests arrived on time and all in order. Trouble was getting the results. I was already back out of the UK before I got any results and that was just someone on the phone, nine days after posting the tests off who assured me they were both negative. No official result ever arrived, just have to take the word of the person on the phone who I had to chase to get the result. Public health clearly not on the list of priorities of this company, who somehow have secured a monopoly on all day 2 testing for arrivals into Scotland. Overpriced and unprofessional, but why should they even care?

I had reserverd hotel for my client…

I had reserverd hotel for my client from Thailand (quarantine hotel for passenger from Red list country) And I feel that CTM is the worst company I have had to deal with. I asked them to amend name on booking and invoice (as their booking form is not clear) but they seem did not understand. I have to make either international call and e-mail more than 10 times. But they did not do what I requested. They promised to call me back but they never do that.
If I have chance to work with other travel agent I will not deal with CTM.

The worst experience ever !

The worst experience ever !! Booked and paid for day 2 test at 11.40 Thursday morning - emailed 5 times to say hadn’t received my 2nd confirmation email .
Called on Friday 5 times ( India !!!!)

Was promised each time I would receive email and call back to confirm - NOTHING received !!

On the last call I was told payment was refused and to call my card company .
AMeX said they never had a request for this amount !!!!

Made another booking - same story - no confirmation email !!
Made another booking with different card - same story - no confirmation email !
Finally booked with a provider in England although as traveling to scotland I am supposed to use CTM !!

Awful service ! Never ever again !

And this is officially recommended by the Scottish NHS !!

Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid !!!

Do not use CTM

Absolute scam

I never received an invoice or any kind of confirmation after being charged.
I have made several international calls and they would leave me on hold and eventually hang up on me.
No replies to any emails at all.
Forget using CTM and use another company

I WISH I COULD GIVE -5 STARS. worst service I have ever dealt with. ''Customer service'' for hotel quarentine in the UK which costs over 2000£ cannot speak english? So am I now having to risk paying a fine of 10,000£ as I could not change the date on my quarentine hotel due to a flight delay despite spending over 4 hours on the phone with 8 different ''customer service'' people all of whom couldent understand me (I am english and have spoken english since I was born 35 years ago... The worst service you could possibly create. How this is a mandotory service is beyond me. Discarasfull.
