First family Umrah trip
As it was our first umrah trip, my family used travel e smart to book a bespoke package that was very reasonably priced. Both Makkah & Madina hotels had excellent locations & 5* services. The transfer & tour company was also efficient & respectful. Our agent was always available for queries and when a couple of admin mistakes became apparent, he resolved them as quickly as he could. Given the opportunity, I would not hesitate to use the services of Travel e smart again.

I appreciate her patience throughout the booking and finally she e mailed, the E Tickets with Hotel reservation. At first I was very sceptical and apprehensive to listen to the agent but for her polite and respectful manner I decided to go ahead with my booking. She told me I have to deposit fifty pounds to secure my seat, at this junction I said this is how slammers start with their manipulations. She was able to convince me and I we t through with the purchase of my ticket. Thanks to her resilience. She is a professional in the real sense. Thank you very much agent - Jennifer Watson
