The lovely Sarah helped me look and find the perfect holiday for me and my partner sending us information and hotels along with photos we decided on a 10 day multi trip to Thailand 🇹🇭 staying at 4 different destinations sent through all hotel and flight detail to my email then a few days later she sends me a message asking if we would like to extend our holiday by 2 extra days in Bangkok we'll who wouldn't thank you very much Sarah you have made my day can not wait until June will update my review when I get back 😀

I contacted this company after seeing a package holiday on line, but i then wanted to make changes to the itinerary and number of nights in resorts. Thailand May/June 2023. Booked initially with Wilson for our wedding anniversary treat, a great mix of places from luxury to city vibe. Barry took over the booking and with a couple of little issues whilst in thailand, none of the companies fault, they were quickly rectified. Would highly recommend for pricing and itinerary. Will be looking for our next vacation with friends.

Very relaxing holiday , with the most stunning beach just a couple of steps away from my room. With 4 swimming pools to choose from. 5 Different restaurant or the buffet to choose from, not very spicy at all.
As all inclusive drink unlimited unless you wanted a certain type of alcohol.

A smooth holiday in Punta Cana
Myself and my two friends have just returned an all inclusive holiday in Punta Cana.
Everything went smoothly, transfers were private and on time, both to and from the airport.
Wilson and Barry handled our booking.
We were given tour of our choice as a gift.
This is my 2nd holiday this year booked through travelley UK.
I also have two booked already for next year.
I always get a good price and monthly payments mean I can plan a year or two in advance.

Further to a review I posted recently, I find it hard to believe all your reviews recieve 5 stars Highley unlikely unless there false of course, which was mentioned by Rachael Orrick in a 1 Star review about Travelley which can be read on Trustpilot, if your going to put false reviews up you had been better to put a mix reviews of stars. But you obviously think people will fall for these reviews putting you in an exceptional light, and after looking you up on Company House your company was only incorporated in April 2022, so I'm left wondering when on your 5 star reviews a few of your reviews state they have been doing business with your firm for the last 5 years again unlikely if im to believe the incorporation date of set up on Companies House of April 2022.
So my belief in what I have seen and found out about your company that you have falsely promoted ABTA on your paperwork have used ATOL certification from a third party you deal with or used to deal with which was Bright Sun Holidays that I mentioned on my previous post and strongly belive the majority of your 5 star reviews are false.
If your going to build your business build it on the truth and don't make false claims or promote your licenced to ABTA or ATOL when your not, your customers deserve that don't you think?

Value for money and great customer service …
I have been booking my holiday packages with Travelley for the past 5 years and mostly we book all inclusive packages. We have just came from Tenerife south. From the time we booked our holiday till the travel date we are constantly kept informed by staff such as Barry and Wilson. All transfers from and to airport were arranged as per holiday packages.
Once we are in the holiday destination Barry and Wilson texted us to ensure that we are ok and that we don’t lack anything.
The all inclusive packages we took in the past were value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to book with Travelley. You have peace of mind and stress free. Big thank you for Barry and Wilson to make out stay in Tenerife a memorable one. This is the second time we have booked for Tenerife with Travelley. The customer service is beyond expectations.

Kenya /Mauritius trip
I booked a holiday to kenya and Mauritius.
Was all booked in with David Miller but spoke mainly to Barry Alex who was fantastic at answering any of my questions.
He was quite funny too.
Any questions you have they will answer them and are always happy to help.
We had a few issues on arriving at our camp to realise we were put in the camp with 5 others on our safari, but it wasnt our camp we booked. Barry soon got us to the right camp straight away.
We had a few excursions offered but only managed to do one, safaris are so time consuming and with other people it was hard to fit a boat ride in but we did manage the village tour. This was very interesting.
It was upon checking into the hotels that we had issues as looked like we weren't booked in so get confirmation and print out and take with you.
It was all sorted out fairly quickly and we even got hotel upgrades.
Flights were excellent.
Transfer were good too.
On returning home i spoke to Barry about the excursions we didn't do and we got refunded some monies for this which was in the bank the next day.
Overall we had a very good holiday.

They were contacted by my bank and reacted quite badly. They even have fake websites to make it look like your flights are confirmed. They were going to send me “court paperwork” but I never sent my address. They are not ABTA registered as is advertised on their paperwork.
Also, these reviews are mostly fake! Just look at the profile pictures and the way they are written. It’s obviously now, I feel stupid.
I’ve got my deposit back through the bank but they weren’t happy about it. “David” and his “manager” were messaging me on Facebook to try and convince me they were genuine, but they ended just providing more evidence of the scam.

My partner and I booked a holiday of a life time to Thailand through Barry Alex at Travelley, from start of enquiry, Barry was extremely attentive and ensured we tailored the holiday to exactly what we wanted, from hotel rooms to flight times. Barry has gone above and beyond to ensure we have everything in place for the holiday, I have also spoke to others at the Travelley team and they are all great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Barry has issued us all our tickets, ATOL certificate and information we require for holiday in advance so we know exactly what we are doing and that everything is organised efficiently. I would like to sincerely thank Barry for all his hard work and dedication to ensure we have the best holiday possible, Barry has been available 24/7 for any issues or support we needed on the run to our holiday, if he wasn’t available one of the team would support.
