Booked a Kenyan safari and week in Mauritius with Travelley and they have been amazing from start to finish. Barry and Jane have been patient and helped me with all of my questions and the communication throughout our holiday has been superb. 10 year anniversary trip
Our 10 year anniversary may be 2 years away but as we all know time flies by so quickly so Booked a holiday of a life time to celebrate in November 2025, Something we have always wanted to do. 5 days on a Kenya safari then onto the beautiful Mauritius for 7 days! Hats off to David miller, his service was incredible, making this trip hard to resist. David was second to none , so patient, answered all our questions and reassured us through the whole process. He even even went above and beyond to make sure we had little extras added on to enjoy! Highly recommended

Have booked a holiday through this company, with Ryan Anderson and from enquiry to booking, it has been so easy. Ryan is very prompt with responses and explains everything, he was even able to help me by lowering the deposit amount to hold the booking until I got paid incase prices change. I can not wait to go away, we have some time to wait but Ryan has sent through the booking details which has all the information needed on them. Thanks so much! After seeing a traveller on Facebook and having a look at their offers I must admit I was sceptical. From the first minute I messaged they made it clear that they were going to find me better deals for a better price than I had previously been offered for the holiday I was looking at. Ben Arthur, who has been handling my booking - alongside Isabella Feo - have been nothing short of amazing! Quick, informative replies and always there to offer help when it’s needed. Not only did they find me a cheaper price, better rated hotels with meal plans and include transfers from the airport (unlike other companies) -they even threw on a few extras for me and my girlfriend too. No request was too much and the dealt with it in the most professional and quick manner. Cannot recommend them enough!

Haven’t taken the trip yet so will update once I do.
Booking wise, Ben has answered all my queries and was super helpful all throughout. Super smooth booking with everything taken care of. I hope the trip goes this smooth too!
UPDATE: Unfortunately I had to get a refund due to medical reasons. Within 24h the deposit was refunded and in my account. the entire team was super helpful and supportive. I will be returning!!

Barry is a hero!
Barry has been extremely helpful throughout the booking process. After seeing an advert on Facebook we have our trip booked and will be setting off in August. We had some issues with our flights but Barry resolved these and offered us some free bees as compensation.

So I came across this travel company online and I have to say best experience I have ever had! David & Barry took the time to include every little detail into my package holiday and made it suited to my own personal needs as this is for my anniversary next year.
This took some time to put together as I kept changing details but nothing was ever too much hassle. Both their customer service is first class and they made myself feel very valued as a new client of theirs.
They even went above and beyond to include a day trip, cake, special dinner reservation on the beach through the goodness of their own heart.
I will definitely use this travel company again going forwards due to their friendly, efficient and expertise services they both offered me.
