I had trouble booking a holiday on a website. i rang the number that was there for any problems and got through to Travel Solutions. I was dealt with by a Lady called Sarah and i must say that she was very helpful and considerate. She tried to sort out my problem but was having difficulty with the website herself. She asked me to leave it with her and she would try later and ring me back. She did try but with no luck so she said she would try the following day. In the end everything was sorted. Thank you Sarah for your help. Bill

Angela, was an absolute legend, we booked last minute with less then 48 hours to fly, there was a few glitches on the system due to the length of time until we went, but she stayed way after she finished work to make sure we were going to be problem free for our holiday!

We booked a holiday through travel solutions back in February to Tenerife with Valerie and she was great and so helpful . We have just got back from our holiday this week and wanted to book again so there was only one option and that was to email Valerie because she was so helpful and we wanted to thank her for all her help and let her know what a great holiday we had. I found speaking to Valerie easy when ever we had a question prior holiday than speaking to easy jet direct .
