Same for me! Spent my money on a gift for someone and there is no sign of it. Tracker doesn't work. I saw it on Facebook so I shall be approaching Facebook to ask them to remove the ad.

Avoid! I have been waiting ages for my order and the tracking number is not recognised. I wish I'd bought from somewhere else, as my mum's Christmas present isn't going to arrive on time. So disappointing 😞

Item has not arrived.
This is also advertised as if it’s in the Uk.
Surprise surprise it’s in China.
They even has the cheek to ask for a tip. 😂

I bouught an item more than a week ago. At the time delivery was stated as in 7 days. I received a email confirmation and the money has gone out of my account.
I have e-mailed them twice and have still not received an answer or the goods, therefore my conclusion is that this seller is bogus.

Ordered an item but not arrived. I’ve emailed with the payment details but no response. No postage details. Will try and claim back through my bank. First time I ordered through them it came within the week but nothing this time…

Still waiting on an order I placed on the 25th November. Tracking details don’t tell me anything. These are Christmas presents for my 3 children

AVOID!!! I bought something called "Healing crystals advents callendar" for my son, who likes rocks. I thought it would contain tiny pieces of mineral or rock for every day of advent. It arrived smashed, as the calendar was packed in a thin plastic envelope. Completely unusable - which is probably for the best, as it turned out there were simply pieces of glass inside, and one or two blobs of coloured resin. To top it all, it is called a "National Geographic" calendar - although it hasn't got a logo on it, it still uses a well known, respected brand, to further their sales. I am very upset, and - at the same time - very glad my kid won't have to be disappointed with something so trashy.

I ordered on November 11th and items have only just left china on November 30th.....will they arrive for Christmas???? I shan't be ordering from these people again...

Do not order from here. Items arrived nearly 4 weeks after purchase, no tracking details and item not working. Have contacted many times with no response. Don’t waste your money.

This is just an update. Amazingly, after posting on Trust Pilot my items arrived today and I am fairly happy with them. But I need to repeat that there was no tracking information provided and no response from their customer service during the whole process. But I will be keeping the items.

Two different purchases have been paid for but I have not received my order. I also haven't received any tracking details and after requesting an update on my tracking details or order I have been blocked of their Facebook page and from messaging them.

Update!!!! Today 6th December my order arrived.

The items are at great prices and are great quality, and customer service is quick to respond and fix any issues.

I fear this is a fake company. Ordered items but three weeks later have still not arrived. The higher rating reviews are fake. Just look at the spelling mistakes. Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered on 1st November. Payment has been taken but still no dispatch email 18 days later. Have emailed but no response yet. Disappointed.

I sent a message few days ago and nobody has answered me. It's a shame because their dresses are beautiful but the service is questionable.

After checking the website and reviews, I can say that there is serious concern in the company's communication with their customers. The ways to contact them is complicated.
