Update. A day after putting a review on here they have emailed and said its been shipped. Coincidence or what?
Finally arrived today. Smart interactive cat toy. Got a cover but no ball. Never buy from this company.

I'm incredibly disappointed with this company.

I've spent £168 with them (order no: trc-171905 - December 19th 2023) and still haven't received the order.

I've emailed twice and facebook messaged once to no avail.

Wish I checked and read reviews before! I place an order before Christmas, for the product to be faulty and not work, ive send email after email to customer service and had no response!

Made a purchase for 3 LED cute lights on 18/12/23 and till now no news.
Treasure Cat!!! Where are the items that I paid for?!!!!

Ordered on the 10th of December and now on the 29th I have still not received my order as well as no order confirmation or tracking info, however money has left my account.

I bought a thing from them and after a few weeks still no anything here I sent them an email and they replied with a track link saying it’s on the way. However the track link was showed the item is delivering to somewhere not my shipping address. I sent email to them a few times including the screen shot but a long wait reply just repeat the same message saying it’s on the way. Before Christmas the link showed the item is shipped and delivered to England and I am at Scotland. It’s a month time till today already I still not receive anything and the CS seems no way to help and not responding to my questions and issues. I bought the item even paid a few more pounds for a standard postage and it’s very disappointing and frustrating now. I am not sure if they are really sending me the stuffs or just a scam online shop to get money and walk away?

Never received my order but they kept saying it had been delivered. Had asked for a full refund several times but nothing. Luckily I paid with PayPal so they are now refunding the full amount. Disgusting service and will never use again. Beware!!!

Treasurecat should make it clear items are coming from China and to allow at least three weeks for arrival.
I sent several emails which were ignored and was contemplating reporting them. However I started receiving tracker updates about two weeks later. Needless to say items never arrived until after Christmas, so now useless.
I would never use this company again, sorry!

Do not buy from this company! They are awful. The sizing is completely off. And you never get a reply from them and cannot return. Don’t waste your money!

Warning do not buy ! items do not turn up and I’ve since seen so many other people have been tricked too !!

Ordered a present for my nephew on 13 Dec. Treasurecat took my money but did not send a receipt or confirmation of order. I emailed this week to chase my order. Nothing. This company are fraudulent. It is theft and they need to be reported to the ombudsman. Do not buy from them!

The worst purchasing experience. I am still to recieve my items from weeks ago with no correspondence whatsoever and withdrawl of my money. I have tried to contact customer services with several emails regarding my purchase with no reply from anyone. They have effectively stolen my money. Terrible terrible

Disgusting service. No confirmation email - no reply from customer services - money has been taken and surprise surprise no items have arrived. Please don’t waste your money

My order has not been received. I have emailed customer service no reply, dropped a message on the Instagram Account no response.
I have emailed customer service with an updated address. No response still.

I ordered my item at the end of November I’ve still not received my item. I have emailed and received an email back saying it is on its way.

Item not arrived yet. I Ordered some cat gloves on 12th December so it’s currently been 7 days - i’ve had no email or tracking info, but the money has left my account. Don’t waste your time this is really sad.

Awful!
Saw the advert on Facebook and thought the leggings looked lovely and warm....well they arrived after a few weeks (nowhere during the ordering process did it say they were coming from China or I wouldn't have ordered - due to carbon footprint issue)...the legs are warm I'll give them that but no way on earth would they actually fit and look good on any figure the way the top part and pockets are sewn together. Such poor quality and design. So I thought I'd return them. HOWEVER the only way to return them according to the website is by emailing the customer service email...done this repeatedly and no answer. So annoyed I fell for a stupid Facebook advert for such a dodgy company....AVOID!

Beware! Would not order again. Wish I’d seen these reviews before I bought! I ordered fleece leggings after seeing on Facebook they were very very poor quality and not as shown on Facebook adverts. Have emailed several times to ask how to return as the website doesn’t tell you where to send to but no reply from customer service, no number to call or company office or vat details on website. Not in compliance with UK Consumer protection legislation.

Made an order at the beginning of December and still haven’t received items. No confirmation email received but money has been taken from my account. Pretty sure this is a bogus seller.

19 December- since submitting my review above, I am very pleased to say that my order arrived today. Thank you Treasure Cat.
