Good morning, I felt I should put an update to my negative comments about treasure cat they were still very unprofessional and took a lot of time in replying. but this morning I did receive about a third of my payment as compensation of which I am perfectly okay with I have let the company know

What a waste of money ordered 2 sun dresses which on the pictures look really nice ...on receiving them they look cheap and tacky....I have requested 4-5 times to return with no response what so ever.... DISGUSTING customer service.

Should be no stars! Ordered 2 dresses in January which I have never received. Repeated e mails to them but no reply!
Avoid!!!!!!

I've received my order but the dresses are too big so would need to return them but I can't get hold of any information. I've emailed twice, messaged them via social media but no joy. Their website has no address where to return but does say 14 days to return! I wish I had ready the reviews before ordering. Wouldn't have touched them if I had.

I ordered 2 sundresses on 4th Feb this year but have not received them. Unable to track as the site is now saying it doesn’t recognise my email address. Despite emailing then to solved the problem and give me update on the order, I have heard nothing from them. Luckily I have copies of the confirmation of the order
I really wish now I had read the reviews before ordering. So I just continue to wait.

AVOID THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY - after a 2-week wait I received 2 cheap and nasty back massagers - one blue and one pink - that bear no resemblance to the black size-8 thermal leggings I ordered! No response from their customer services, contacted via email and messenger! A waste of £17.58!!!

AVOID at all costs

Absolute waste of £18 ordered the cat toy with the tent bag and balls, waited for over 3 weeks to receive when it finally arri ed it only had the tent no balls, so absolutely useless, messaged them to tell them I either wanted the balls ASAP or a refund and they have ignored it. I have now had to order balls On e bay costing another £8, Do not waste your money buy elsewhere !!!!

Ordered two items separately before Christmas, received one and still waiting for the other. Contacted Customer Services and was told to wait for another 20 days, so I did and contacted Customer Services again and was advised to check with neighbours and then complain to the Post Office. Too late now. So avoid this company.

I also ordered the mat and ball offer for my cat . It took weeks to come and when it did the balls were missing . I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them . This does seem like a scam and should be removed from Facebook.

JUST WISHED I HAD READ REVIEWS before spending £15.78 . Been waiting 3 weeks and only got a cheap circular mat, there is No BALL!
Just sent email to company and given at least four customers have been duped , wondering whether to inform TRADING STANDARDS. Is this a SCAM? Think come from China but package today says Returning Warehouse Unit 6 Cedar Court Walker Rd Forest Business Park Bardon Hill Coalville LE 67 1TU.Await response from them.

I purchased an interactive ball and mat cat toy believing it was a two piece item as this is what the advert showed. Thinking I was buying from a UK site the item arrived from China 20 days later. The ball was missing. When I emailed Treasure Cat and asked for a replacement I was told I could return the item at my own cost or have 30% off my next order instead. So I emailed again and asked for the ball to be replaced. They answered that it doesn't comes with the ball! I referred back to the advert and it definitely should come with a ball.
Read others reviews who have had the same experience. These items can actually be purchased from Amazon and Ebay at the same price with next day delivery.

The returning address given on the package is Warehouse Unit G Cedar Court Walker Rd Forest Business Park Bardon Hill Coalville LE 67 1TU. Looked the company registered to this address up and apparently they no longer exisit!
Avoid this company at all cost or be very disappointed.

DONT use this company. Never got the ball they showed in advertising and the round rubbishy plastic thing only came after weeks of waiting. Contacted them twice and complained bitterly but never even got a reply. This company just takes your money and does not deliver what they claim to do 😡

I ordered a circle ⭕ with a interactive ball that it displays on the website, however, I received purely the circle, when asked to send the ball, they never said anything about the ball, only to send it back at my cost, or except a 30%, discount, well I refuse to send it back at my cost and I don't feel I should spend more money buying a interactive ball

DO NOT USE this company, I have now been waiting since last August to get my order, I have been in contact with there so called customer services, & when they can be bothered to reply they keep promising to send it out again. So I gave it one last try to see if they would honour this but as you guessed it I am still waiting. I even gave them a tip on this! which I found strange they would have this in the payment part? I have now just sent them another email for a refund lets see if I will get now? I will be giving this company a 1 star review every week now until I get a refund so I assume I will be doing this for awhile yet!! Update, Got a reply from customer services to show me the tracking info, all this showed me is the item is still in transit ( 164 ) days and counting. I have asked them if they think this is an acceptable standard or not? Lets see if they think it is? I have requested a refund again so lets see where we are when/if they reply? I will keep you updated. Update low & behold I got a reply & an apology! They have also refunded me now as well. Not bad only taken from August to get this sorted! Surprising how you do a review to get anything sorted though?

I HAD RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER FROM TYE COMPANY AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS ALSO A FAKE LINK..WHAT AN DISGRACE I WANT MY FULL REFUND..WISH I HAD READ YOUR REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GUYS SCAMMED ME!!!

it is the rip off cliche - product nothing like advertised on insta, cant be found on insta now and company ignoring all communications to resolve. Do not touch these "innovative young entrepreneurs" - even this identity is a scam

If I could give no stars I would. Emails never answered too... doesn't say stuff is sent from China.
Product doesn't even work after waiting weeks for its arrival.

I ordered 4 pairs of fleecy leggings for family members for Christmas as I already have a pair from another company and I love them. The ones I received from Treasurecat were the most weird shape and completely unwearable. Maybe a dodgy batch? When I contacted them about returning them they replied once without telling me how to return them and I have heard nothing since. I dont like to make bad reviews but equally, I dont like waste and this product is no more than landfill!

Ordered item weeks ago (Order #trc-174661) ,still not left their “warehouse”, contacted them via email and Facebook multiple times and I’ve been ignored each time. Have to go to bank now to get sorted.
