Received the wrong product and was advised that I had to pay to return it (to China!) before I could have a refund.
Don't buy from this website, you will be wasting your money.

Like many previous customers, I failed to check out treasure cat reviews before buying, only to discover too late that returns have to go back to China in spite of the return on my parcel being in the UK. Absolutely no where on their website do they make this clear. Won't ever make that mistake again. There is a box here for me to tick to let Treasure Cat know about my review. Given all the other negative customer care reviews for this site, I won't be holding my breath.

Never received order which was placed a month ago. Tried contacting via email etc. Heard nothing back. Can instagram pls block them once and for all

Would give no stars if I could. Same story as the other bad reviews. Order not arrived, fake tracking number.
SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Well, at least my order has arrived so that's why i've given it 2 stars. I have a dress like this already so I was keen to have another one for my holiday as they are lovely when its really hot. Unfortunately the dress is nothing like my other one, in the fact that it is a horrible cheap polyester material. I have emailed to return it but have had no response, so I probably wont bother

3 dresses ordered that look lovely on website.. in reality they look like tents!! May pass for a nightdress!! Awful in fact!! No returns advice in package. Emails ignored!! STEER CLEAR!! Do not waste your money!!

I ordered 3 summer dresses from them. When they arrived they were all like tents! so oversized. I went on their website and used the contact form to ask how I return and requested refund. Since then I have sent two emails with no response I spent over £50. I wish I had read the reviews first. I am going to Trading Standards

Avoid at all costs, another company that claims they are based in uk, parcel arrives with uk return address but they are based in China and to return costs £18 - joke! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered 4 little dog bedroom lights for my grandchildren and have still not received them.I messaged them in January and they apologised for the delay… nothing since! £20 odd pounds down the drain. Grrrrrr!

I placed an order in February. Received nothing but a fake tracking notice saying the parcel is ready for collection … but where?? Messaged on social media but no reply received

Took ages for the item to arrive, poor quality so requested a refund. They are ignoring all emails. They bombard you with Emails to get you to buy more products from them, then when there is a problem they never respond. Avoid this company at all cost.

Don’t waste your time and money on this website. Seen an af about one of the plushies. Decided to order and it’s been 10days still haven’t received anything. They provided with FAKE tracking number. I sent them email, but haven’t received any response yet. Same plushie on amazon 5£ cheaper than what they charge… WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! SCAMMERS!!!!

They sent the wrong size dress but say i have to pay for return and another delivery charge to get the correct item.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my order, I emailed them to ask when my order will come as I need them for a holiday in 2 weeks, but no reply there’s no tracking on the site, and I didn’t realise they were coming from china, I would not normally order if they re coming from there as it takes too long for delivery, I will update when my items arrive hopefully they will arrive in time for my holiday
