Ordered a memory journal for me to fill out for my children. Advert on Facebook… however, took 3 weeks to arrive (first red flag). On its arrival the journal book looks and feels cheap and nasty. Not worth the money!! Stuck as postage costs aren’t refunded and I’ll be paying to return it. They must be laughing all the way to the bank.

Ordered 10days ago shipping update email was received straight away, since then nothing!!
Tracking information states not found and unknown!!!!!
I’ve emailed and No reply!!

Wish I’d checked them on this site before buying.
Sent me an email saying they were being shipped a week after I bought the toys, the carrier didn’t and still doesn’t recognise the order. I’ve emailed them and no reply. Ordered the product four weeks ago.
Obviously they’ve just taken my money and run. Probably set up with another name as the products are on other site’s advertising on Facebook that are very similar.

Very poor customer service sent 3emails still no reply been waiting 2weeks for my order with no idea when arriving will never use this company again
Be careful when ordering from this site

The advertised 10% discount offered was not honoured at Checkout.
The order hasn’t arrived 8 days after being dispatched ( who knows where from).
Emails are not responded to.
Be cautious re this company.

Product hasn’t arrived (ordered many weeks ago), emails to customer services are unanswered. Clearly a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR “BUY” ANY PRODUCTS.

I had no idea that what I ordered was coming from China. Over 2 weeks later still no sign of thr delivery. Wanted to support a business that wasn't one of the big names but that was a mistake. Also they wanted me to add a tip for their staff when paying. Never seen that before on a website. Glad I declined! I should have checked reviews beforehand.

Never received item. I think they are a con.

Ok, so I got it wrong. 4 hours after posting my 1star review, my package arrived…and it is as described. So, yes there was no communication from Treasurecat, other than a tracking email that didn’t work, and order took nearly 2 weeks, but it did arrive eventually- thank you!

Scam company, do not use them , Can’t emphasise this enough !!

Order never arrived, even though the order status on their delivery system said it had. I have contact them numerous times, but their response has been pretty poor. I’ve asked for a refund and all I get sent is the delivery status. They don’t seem to understand that I haven’t received the package.

Give this company a wide birth - i ordered two dresses, they arrived and were awful - poor material. i wanted to return them, i sent an email asking for a return address, as yet they havent responded, i am guessing they are no going to bother. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered the fairy lights as advertised on social media, but they never arrived. I tried contacting customer services but never had a reply, then they send an email asking to leave a review. Safe to say it isn't a gleaming review! An absolute scam!

My purchase never arrived. And no one from treasurecat answered my emails. The tracking number way also not working. Felt like a scam so requested a refund from Mastercard. Do not buy anything from this site. Nothing is unique to them so find it somewhere else.

Tracking number. Have spent £50 on garden lights. Disappointing is an understatement. WARNING : never buy from this company. Have been waiting over 6 weeks.

I ordered and paid for some items which have not arrived after three or four weeks. I have emailed treasure cat multiple times and have had no response. Think it’s a scam company. Avoid!
