Checked it was a .co.uk web address think that would mean they were a real company.
So annoyed that I didn't read reviews first.
I ordered an Advent at the beginning of November, obviously no sign of it, no reply to emails. Now trying to work out how to get a refund.

Dreadful…had to contact credit card company to get my purchase money back when no goods arrived after 4 weeks. Avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Awful company (if you can call it that!) took my money then sent me nothing!
The tracking they sent me was for a package delivered in 2019 to Australia (I’m in the uk). I emailed and got no response. I’ve had to raise a dispute with PayPals help.

Ordered an item on the 2nd Nov, is an advent calendar so need for Sunday but can tell already we won't get this. Sent emails over messenger and simply told to be patient or had no reply. Kicking myself for not reading any reviews beforehand.

Updated 17/12. Having previously rated my experience as a 1 and suggested this might be a scam I need to update my review. It appears not to have been a scam as my package arrived today. At this time it hasn't been opened as I'll save it until next year.

Original review 16/11 Having ordered an Advent Calendar in mid November I realised delivery would be tight for 01/12 delivery. However, having had no despatch/delivery updates in the meantime is woeful customer service. I know now that I should've looked up reviews beforehand- buyer beware!

Dreadful company. Slow to deliver and when my order did arrive it was an absolute incomplete piece of tat.

Ordered 2 advent building calendars on November 2nd, had email confirmations for the orders. They state on their website that they will notify when shipping, nothing heard. 1st December is only 6 days away and not getting any response from customer service. £80 down the drain by the look of it. Having read the reviews by others just now, I imagine we will not be seeing our items.

seems I am one of the "lucky" ones - I did actually receive some goods - a pity it wasn't what I ordered and many, many attempts at contacting customer services have been ignored

No sign of purchase. Website is down. Guess i have seen the last of my money and no goods. Annoying as only ordered it from here as it was out of stock on Amazon. Guess i am one of the millions who get scammed.

placed an order 2 weeks ago and heard nothing from them since then. Also no response to numerous emails. Update.... I have now been able to cancel my order and have had my money refunded.

Order never arrived. Luckily only a small order but feels very much like a scam now!

If I could I would give this site a 0!! I have ordered a product from this site and still have not heard anything (not even to tell me the item has been dispatched) and I ordered on 03/11/2024 which was 15 days ago! I have emailed and emailed with no avail. DO NOT order from here- they steal from you- will be taking this further!

I can only thank people who wrote these reviews as I was about to make a purchase after seeing them on Facebook. I was amazed that they ask for a tip on top of the price! Never seen that before, plus I have now found the item on Amazon, cheaper and no tip expected.

Do not use this company I ordered an item on the 27 September and it still hasn't arrived. I contacted their customer services 2 weeks ago and still have heard nothing.

AVOID at all costs.

Until my most recent order, I had been ordering fleece lined leggings which were good value and fitted well. However, this recent order was a leisure top and bottoms ordered for my husband who is larger/taller than me. The goods arrived, even too small for me. I immediately emailed customer services, you guessed it, no reply and after reading other reviews it’s unlikely I will hear from them!

Absolute con merchants! Unfortunately, I never read any reviews of the site as I just fell for the product….which never arrived!
After several emails back and forth telling me to check with a neighbour/post office!
No proof of delivery like other companies.
However much you love the product…don’t waste your money…it isn’t arriving!!!

Customer services ignored queries. Money lost.
