Everything about our Treehut watches and the company's customer service is over-the-top great. Mine has survived a run through the washing machine 😱 and our puppy chewed up my wife's watch band and case. Both are fine, dependable and enjoyable. Every time we wear them in public someone comments with admiration. We point them to the website and encourage them to find their own favorite model. The custom engraving adds to the value we place on these watches. A fine product, a wonderful company.

I had a small problem with my watch which was a gift. I could not see the black hands on my dial in darker places. lorilie took care of it for minamal money and the new hands are easy to see against dark face of the watch.

The watch was amazing. Not only that, but when I was faced with shipping difficulties that were at the fault of the third party shipping company, treehut stepped in and dealt with the issue for me. Both the product and customer service was amazing.

I got the Zebrawood and Tiger Eye watch (battery operated). It is an elegant design. The watch is lightweight and feels smooth against the skin. I think it is the perfect balance between formal and casual. I will be using Treehut for future gift purchases!

I had a great experience with customer service and they repaired my watch
in a timely manner. My watch was damaged in an altercation at work, and
upon asking for repairs they were fast to say that they would handle the
repairs. I love my watch and this is an incredible company. Everyone asks
about this watch as it’s unique so I tell them they have to get one hands
down.

The watch has been a Great addition. Goes well with everyday wear. And isnt too expensive for a Long lasting Thing. Really did not like it stopped working for some odd reason few days after having it. Although the repair time and shipping was taken care of and was properly done. Will be visiting in the future for more.

I had broken my band. I call Treehut and they responded promptly with information to have them repair my watch. The process was easy, cost of repair was reasonable and the actual repair was completed in a timely manner. This was the 2nd time I broke one of my watches, I have to stop using my watch to open doors- i could beat that door down. Anyway TreeHut's response to my 1st incident was remarkable. I was offered a great deal on purchasing the same watch. This company is customer service focused and responds with integrity and quality as a company.

I love my Treehut watch. It was a gift from my Daughter and Daughter in law for Father’s Day with a special message engraved on the back. The colour tone of the wood is amazing and I have had a number of compliments as to how unique it is.

I am a longtime customer of TreeHut. I bought my first watch from them about 8 years ago. I now own 4 TreeHut watches and always get compliments on them from strangers, friends and family. The quality of the watches are of good standard. Shipping is simple and easy and if I've ever had issues with delayed shipping their customer service reached out and updated me on the matter.

Their customer service is fantastic and my lovely boyfriend still gets compliments on the beautiful watch I got him. Would highly recommend them

Well I purchased 2 watches and some other things from their website as Christmas gifts. The watches were fine but the broach was cracked. The other things were so cheaply made that I just couldn't give them out now everything but the watches are just sitting still in the shipping box. I reached out to the customer service and they did reply to my original email. ONCE! That is where it stopped. I have tried to reach out to them at least 3 more times and as of 4 months later...still crickets. I just wanted my broken broach replaced. And their website is full of 5 star reviews but there is nowhere to leave one on their website. I do get compliments on my watches all the time but I unfortunately have to tell people that the customer service is nonexistent. Unfortunately, this is a turnoff for people and hurts their sales. Maybe this review will finally get their attention because their customer service email does not.

everything went well with the order, the watch malfunctioned and stopped working after about 6 months. would not buy again.
