Horrible customer service and quality watch
Horrible customer service. We had to take the watch to a jewelery store to have a pin made in order to have a link added to fit properly as they would not send us a new pin after we emailed multiple times and they just kept making more excuses and blowing us off. My wife wore it twice and the face cover fell out and it was lost. Paid way to much for crap quality work. Do NOT waste your money on a watch from Treehut.

Beautiful but don't last
My wife bought my two of these watches. They both fell apart in just over a years time. My first watch band broke then she replaced it with a second it also broke. I requested parts to repair watches but they refused. Said I could return watches for repair at 50.00 each. I didn't will never buy from this company again.

Not earth-friendly customer service
I bought this watch 2 years ago and was initially happy with the quality and look. I got the zebrawood. 2 years in about half of the wooden pieces of the strap are breaking. Since they send a few replacement pieces I exchanged them with the new pieces but the part that attaches to the closing clip is different so I asked if I could purchase that piece to fix my watch. I was told I could either send the watch in to repair for US$50 (I live in Canada) or get a discount for a new watch. This was very disappointing to hear from a company that claims to be Earth-Friendly and Sustainable. To either throw away an otherwise perfectly fine watch or ship it halfway across the continent and back to replace one small piece that probably costs a couple dollars they could easily ship in a small envelope. So obviously they don't walk the talk and the whole earth-friendly claims are just marketing tools. With that knowledge I can and will not support this company anymore.

Lovely everyday watch and great customer service
I ordered a simple create-your-own watch with engraving on the back. The watch really is lovely. Many people complain the quality is not good, but mine looks great. It reminds me of Shaker furniture - good, solid craftsmanship. That is the mark of quality - it doesn’t have to be fancy to be elegant.
I docked a star because the engraving was a bit wonky, but all in all I am so pleased with this watch. I’m considering ordering one of their more complicated models for special occasions, but this watch I have now is perfect for everyday wear.
