The rug that I received was not as described
The rug that I received was not as described, it was as thin as a wall hanging, printed - and you could see the white below the very top layer of printing. Very poor quality. Very disappointed.
Very good customer service to send back and get a refund though.

A blanket not a rug!
The rug took weeks to arrive. It’s wool as described - but more a thick wool blanket than a rug!! Definitely NOT suitable for a floor!!

Scam Company
Do not order anything from this scam company! I ordered a rug over 3 weeks ago and was provided a tracking number that has not updated in 3 weeks. Now the company are not even responding to my emails regarding delivery updates or my requests for a refund! Just so you are aware they are not a British company, they are based in Sweden!

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company . Rug was very poor quality and took ages to arrive despite saying next day delivery on website . And now waiting over 10 days for a refund and that was after several emails to get a correct code to get fed ex to collect it .

Would give no stars if I could carpet took ages to get here no confirmation of order carpet comes its cheap and not gold in colour but yellow want to send back but they won’t take back and whilst they will refund they are taking 9.99 for the pleasure of having something nothing like what I ordered sent to me and. Very poor quality for the money. Not what I was expecting, especially after finding out this company is not based in the UK. However, they did accept my return and refunded my money.

Rug delivered did NOT match the listing photos. And I already had one. So i know its not the rug advertised.
Want to charge me to return it. Good luck with that.

Took weeks to get this carpet
Took weeks to get this carpet. No one told us that it was coming from Sweden! We bought it thinking it was coming from the U.K. won’t be buying again. The carpet was also nothing like we saw in the picture it was thin like a tapestry not a rug.
