I recently purchased a ladies' red leather bomber jacket but quickly realized I had ordered the incorrect size. I was initially hesitant to reach out, as approximately two weeks had passed since I received the item due to a hospitalization. However, the customer support team responded promptly and was exceptionally accommodating. After I provided some additional information, they helped determine the appropriate size and my replacement is now on its way.

The quality of the jacket is outstanding, and the level of customer service I received is truly exemplary. I have never had such a seamless experience with a retailer when resolving an error on my part.

I recently ordered two leather jackets on sale from Trendyjackets. I was a little worried because I had never heard of this site before. I ordered my usual size L for both. A brown and burgundy one. They both were a little bigger than I expected and the burgundy was actually a red one.

After contacting customer service through email, they had me take a bunch of pictures of the jacket with the tags and measurements to help me find a better size. I did have to pay $30 shipping for each replacement jacket, but they let me keep the old ones. I got them today and they corrected all my issues. So overall very happy with what I got.

The customer service was prompt and trying to accommodate me. I did want to return the jacket as it was not exactly as pictured. But they are willing to give me a refund and keep the jacket. I thought it ran a little small.

The coat is beautifully well made and exactly what I wanted. It took a little extra time to get but there were shipping issues globally so I get it. I would recommend these coats and jackets to anyone.

I am the owner of Furrocious Furr, a luxury faux fur outerwear brand. This business is using my original copyrighted product photography without authorization and falsely representing my designs as their own products.

They are not affiliated with Furrocious Furr and are not authorized to sell my garments. The coats shown in their listings are my proprietary designs and professional brand photography. It is not possible for them to deliver the same garments depicted in those images because those pieces are produced exclusively by my company.

Additionally, one of my professional product photographs featuring a model wearing my coat is being displayed as a “verified” customer review image. This is not a customer-submitted review photo — it is my original branded content and is being misrepresented in a way that may mislead consumers.

This constitutes unauthorized use of copyrighted material and deceptive representation of goods. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed promptly.

I recieved a jacket from this company for Christmas and it was too small and missing the two front buttons on the front pockets. They agreed to send me another jacket and I sent them all requested information for them to make an adjustment. The jacket that I recieved was fake leather, looked slapped together, and dint resemble the first jacket I recieved that as far as I can tell was real leather. The second one smelled of chemicals was shiny, had poor stitching, was the arm pocket shown in the picture and on the original jacket, and had a hoodie insert that did not match the picture.

The customer service is deceivingly good. I paid 30 dollars for the exchange and another 12 dollars for an invoice from UPS that was sent to me which they said they would compensate. They will respond as if they are making good on there mistake but instead sent me a poor quality jacket and did not reimburse the 12 dollars. When I told them I was disappointed with the second jacket they said they cannot refund or exchange the second one. It wasnt until I told them the issues with the new jacket and that I would be disputing the charge that they asked again for pictures. I shared the pictures and they told me they would get back to me which they havent.

Buyer beware this company is fraudulent.

This coat is very well made and is a good quality jacket.

Amazing customer service! I initially ordered the wrong size leather jacket, but the customer support made the exchange super easy. When I noticed a button missing on the inside which was not that much of a issue, however still they quickly sent replacements. Huge thanks to the customer support team definitely deserves a raise

Ordering my coat was very easy. The delivery was reasonable and when I had questions Trendy did not miss a beat. I received a response very quickly. The coat is very beautiful and fit perfect. I ordered a medium, 145 lbs. I am very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely love my new black leather jacket! It came quicker than I thought as it was mentioned 7 to 8 working days however it came within 2 days, the quality is good. The design matches the website perfectly and the service was amazing from start to finish. Big thanks

Customer service was responsive

They never ship the products. I have been scammed by them.. i hv an order for jacket of 179$ on January 5th..but still i didn't get my jacket.. they always lie...

I ordered a jacket for the holidays and It was a tad too small. I emailed TJ and they responded promptly and sent me a replacement. I am a happy customer.

I really liked the coat I ordered. It is very stylish and warm for snowy whether. My usual size fitted snug in the hips and I wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. Customer service was prompt, kind and they offered to send a larger size if I paid the shipping and handling plus I get to keep the first coat. I’m not going to complain about that! You don’t see customer service like this anymore.

Customer service was very kind and resolved my issue in no time flat!

The jacket was to big so I asked for the refund back. They gave me 30% back and I got to keep the jacket. Very good customer service.

Follow up review

Unfortunately, I need to retract my previous 5-star review for the Trendy Jacket, as my initial rating was given too soon. I had purchased an XL women’s leather jacket as a Christmas gift for my wife, but when it arrived, it was too snug. I contacted the company to request an exchange for an XXL. Their customer service team responded, offering to let me keep the XL if I covered the shipping costs for the XXL, which I agreed to.

After about three weeks—and several follow-up emails regarding the delivery status—the replacement jacket finally arrived. However, when my wife tried it on, there was no noticeable difference in size. I reached out to customer service yesterday to request a return and full refund, but was told a return or refund was not possible. No explanation was provided regarding this policy.

Terrible site!!!! Beware!!! Coat was suppose to be sheepskin but was shiny leather. The coat fit terrible zipper didn’t zip. I requested a refund the same day I received the item they kept offering a different percentage off and stated I could keep the coat. Finally a full refund was offered if I give a positive review. I will not give a positive review for an unacceptable item. Beware of this site!!!
