Complete scam of a company. Do not buy anything from them. I had to push to get a full refund initially offered 25% of price them eventually after several email gave me the full price . Then a week later I get a letter in the mail from customs saying I owe 20.00 since it was shipped from china even tho the company says shipped from US

I ordered a lack leather jacket -Good quality. They are responsive and willing to resolves issues.

I purchased a usa Olympic jacket
It took longer to receive than noted. Had the jacket for two months and all lettering is falling off. Decals are just pressed on. I contacted the company and sent photos. They refuse to help me out, stating it has been over a month and jacket has been worn. What else would you do with a jacket. Don't deal with this company quality is not there nor is customer service
Company address is stated as chicago illinois but product came from China.

Great customer service! I ordered a size that ended up being too tight, but they quickly assisted me and processed the exchange without any hassle. I’m currently waiting for the new size, but the shipping for the first order arrived within the estimated time.

It took a long time to receive my items but I’m giving 4 stars because of the excellent communication I received. Every time I inquired about the status of my item I received a personal response within 24 hours. They were also very fair when I needed to exchange for a larger size. I was able to keep the original item and receive the larger size for just $30. I’m not sure why it takes so long to get your order, but the customer service is very good.

I had to get an exchange due to sizing. They had me pay 30$ to exchange. Even though i gave them my complete measurement's the second jacket was tighter, the material was different and color was different. I requested a callback and they did not call. I sent email and was told they cannot do anything,

The company made sure the jacket I ordered for my wife's birthday showed up in a time for her birthday. When we found out that the size was small for her they responded quickly. They are providing another jacket in a larger size quickly. They have been very responsive and helpful.

I got an extra large and I could not even fit it over my head. It was so small. I got a woman’s medium and she could not even put it over her head. It was too small. I lost a lot of money.

I ordered a track suit as a gift for my husband on February 11th and received it February 27th.

Through my own error, I ordered the wrong size jacket. When it arrived I contacted them immediately for instructions on exchanging the original jacket for a larger size.

I had a response the following day answering my question and helping me proceed with getting the correct size.

Even though my husband couldn’t wear the jacket, I have to say, I was impressed with the quality of the jacket and the pants. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

Ordered an "Ike" jacket in Dec. Recieved a women's coat in brown felt, in Jan. Immediately wrote to request a return and refund. They offered to refund me 30% if I just kept it. I countered with 70%, knowing the Chinese company's usual play is to insist that you pay at least half the cost to ship the item back. So I figured I would just donate the coat, and I'm out $30. They agreed, but two weeks later, still no refund. I wrote again. "Oh, just a mistake. Two weeks." Two weeks later, no refund. Disputing with credit card issuer, and by the many poor reviews here, this is nothing new.

Sent me the wrong jacket. The jacket sent was also a counterfeit. And it took over 4 weeks to arrive. I asked for a refund and they kept delaying, saying “well look into it” and “our warehouse currently can’t accept returns.” I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

I ordered a cape jacket and received a cheaply constructed coat a month later that was too small. I requested a refund and went back and forth via email with USA Leather finally agreeing to a 75% refund, which I never received. I then received a Fed Ex bill for $11 to cover the shipping cost. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Ordered December 24th, took two weeks to receive shipping confirmation.
Jacket came in and was defective, the sticking has plastic coming out of it and the patch(s) are peeling off and/or not stitched on and just folded.
Sent email and never received a response, now over the 30 day return so just wasted money on a jacket that can't be worn.

I ordered a large Ike jacket, which is the size I normally wear. When I received it, it was too big. I inquired about returning it for a different size. I was told they would be glad to assist. They requested my measurements and advised me to keep the original order. All the requested was a $30.00 fee, which I thought was fair, getting 2 jackets for $120.00. Great experience.

Ordered a Chicago Bears varsity jacket and had a positive experience with USA Leather Jackets. The size of my first jacket was too small (I recommend ordering a size or 2 up) but I emailed the company and they responded right away and immediately addressed my issues. Customer service was responsive and courteous. They corrected my concerns and shipped me a new jacket right away. The quality and fit are wonderful and it looks great! I would do business with USA Jackets again. Also, I’m not a bot or a paid reviewer. Real South Side Chicago guy here. Bear Down!

Am I an idiot for not reading any review on USA Jackets. I just now made an order for an Italy Olympic team jacket. When I see SCAM in the reviews it’s obviously concerning. But it seems that the scam is they are selling Chinese made garbage. I have no illusions that what I ordered is not, in fact, what the Italian team wears. It’s not Armani. So, I will report back once I receive my jacket. Thanks to everyone here for taking time to post a review.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Took over a month to receive. The photos they provide are not the product you receive. Cheap material, smelled like plastic not wool as advertised. Felt like felt. I ordered a Bears varsity bomber. The letters were not chenille as shown. They were fabric and stitched very poorly. Stitching connected different colors across the top of the letters. It looked like a string theory chart. Instead of saying 85 Super Bowl Champions it said Super Bears Champions. Still waiting to see if I’ll receive a refund.

Product ordered was promised by a set date and was not delivered. Tracking information was never sent. Asked for cancelation and day later said it was already shipped so they would not. They waited to answer email until after they shipped so they wouldn't have to. I have never received the jackets. Lied to my Credit Card company so they wouldn't have to credit me back. HORRIBLE COMPANY

I bought the very cute Chalamet jacket in size large women’s. It was super cute and comfy but not big enough for my very tall daughter. I reached out to the company, and they did right by my purchase.
