Ordered a DI Jimmy Perez peacoat, looked great in the site pictures of the actor wearing one what arrived was a piece of garbage. It was crammed into a small plastic bag and when opened is was badly creased and obviously of very poor quality, it was so bad I wouldn’t even donate it to a charity shop so it went straight into the bin.
Absolute rubbish

Ordered this great jacket as it looked exactly like what I wanted and it was great value. It immediately told me it would be 5-10 days for delivery and true enough it was delivered in the time stated. I could not have been happier with the style and it fitted perfectly and it came with instructions how to care for it. I am delighted with such a beautiful jacket and would recommend to anyone looking for a leather jacket

Very bad service i had a an event and ordered my jacket 23 days before the event and they still couldn't deliver scam

The original item was not as expected; however customer service helped me resolve my issue.

Completely fraudulent company. Ordered a jacket that was clearly a counterfeit as the fit was not normal. After 3-4 email communication attempts to return the jacket for a refund, I was offered a refund of increasing value with each email. Finally, I was offered a full refund, and was told a refund would be issued in 10-14 days later. 24 days later no refund and no email communications. I wanted to simply return the jacket for a refund, instead was delivered a counterfeit product that is garbage and no return or refund was granted. This company is a fraud. Do not purchase anything from them.

The jackets are KNOCK OFFS. Leather is fake. There is NO customer service. You receive your item and are directed to a different merchant if you have an issue. It takes the sellers weeks to respond via email as they have NO WORKING PHONE NUMBER. They refuse returns even with tags and items still in original packaging and refuse to answer any questions.

Piece of garbage, very bad quality, not the same stuff what they showed at the picture!!!! Coming from different country- take more then a month to get the order! I just put this jacket in garbage!! Very bad quality, coming a part immediately!!!!

It took forever for the return process and they kept trying to scam me out of my money even though there was a problem on their end.

Buyer's beware. This is an utter scam. The jacket I received is completely rubbish. In fact, the shape, materials, and everything about it is so bad it's mindboggling. Shipped and delivered from a sweatshop in India, it turns out. Don't waste your money.

I agree with other reviewers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This company process payments for Famous Jackets, another online scam business. I ordered a C.B. Strike’s Cormoran Wool Coat
£87, as worn by the actor on the TV drama series Strike. What turned up was in a bag not much bigger than A4 screwed up and creased. * Most importantly the design and colour of the material is not what I ordered.The material is awful resembling ‘felt’.
Finally the coat does not even resemble the design as advertised and worn by the actor. Of course they don’t answer emails and the QR code does not work as it’s a scam.DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My bank is going to try and get my money back.

Do not buy anything from this company. This company process payments for Famous Jackets, another online scam business. They sent me a low quality jacket, wrong size, of a different color, poorly sewn, nothing like the advertised version. They shipped from Pakistan. I requested a refund right after receiving the item. Then they refused to give me a full refund. They initially offered merely 25%. I ended up wasting money and time. Never got a full refund. Don’t buy from this company. Don’t do that to yourself. I feel taken advantage of by this business.
UPDATE Do not accept partial refunds. Probably that is their "business model". They still profit if they scam you out of 25% of your original purchase money. Keep the emails you exchange with them and dispute the charges with your bank. I am posting this review here because my card was charged from usaleatherjackets.com, so it is the same business as "Famous Jackets". Buyers beware.

DO NOT BUY anything from this website! I bought a jacket that was published as a Women’s Jacket when I received it looked nothing like the photo. It’s clearly a Men’s Jacket and the leather is cheap not real leather nor is it shearling as it states on the website. I wrote a review in which they did not even publish. I also emailed them and they responded quickly with we will get back to you within 24 hours, BS! When I received the item the form that came along with it showed that the jacket did not come from the US as it states it came from India! This website should be reported as far as I’m concerned.

Fast shipping

I ordered the jacket on 12/8 and finally received a tracking number on 12/24 after they claimed it was sent on 12/17! When I tracked the order, the label was created in Pakistan and not shipped! USA Leather is not based in the USA! I HAVE REQUESTED SEVERAL TIMES TO CANCEL THE ORDER because the jacket has not been shipped! It has not been canceled.

The jacket I ordered looks nothing like the photos on their website. A very clear misrepresentation of the good they sell and now they want me to pay to return the piece if rubbish to them. They keep deleting my reviews on their website and seem to only be keeping positive reviews on there

Never buy again from this company. Left many emails in regard of return but never got a response back. It is a scam. It is the worse shopping expereince ever to me!

The jacket I received looked exactly like the photos on the webpage, the color, the shape and the material were all real nice. However it had a chemical odor that wouldn’t go away. I contacted customer service via email and after a couple of exchanges they were able to give me a reasonable solution and an option to get a different jacket. In the end, I had an issue and they were able to solve it. So, great customer service.

Coat was delivered in a torn package with leather exposed to the open air. The coat pockets were placed too high and too far to the rear, actually under the arms, so that it is not possible to reach into the pockets while wearing the coat. The company refused to issue a full refund for their defective product until backed into a corner. Do not order from this company.

I followed the USA Leather Jackets refund policy guidelines & received prompt, courteous service from Customer Service. I was very pleased with Manager, Josh S. & his efficient response to my request for a refund.
