Product ordered was promised by a set date and was not delivered. Tracking information was never sent. Asked for cancelation and day later said it was already shipped so they would not. They waited to answer email until after they shipped so they wouldn't have to. I have never received the jackets. Lied to my Credit Card company so they wouldn't have to credit me back. HORRIBLE COMPANY

I bought the very cute Chalamet jacket in size large women’s. It was super cute and comfy but not big enough for my very tall daughter. I reached out to the company, and they did right by my purchase.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! The quality was extremely poor, and the jacket did not fit. The only way to contact them is via email, and they don't respond in a timely fashion. You have to request a return and refund, but they don't provide you with return instructions so you never get a refund. I'm stuck with a junk jacket and out of money.

Good company to purchase from. We had a slight issue and customer service was absolutely fantastic. We had a great experience with this company and I recommend them to others.

Ordered in November and received confirmation. No update for two weeks so I emailed and it shipped next day. Opened on Christmas and was too small. Emailed again and got prompt response for exchange process. Almost a month later got the new jacket. No problem with service or quality just need to be patient

Any 5 star reviews here are fraudulent; this company pays people to post them. There is NO WAY those folks are talking about THIS JACKET. Go look at the reviews on their own website; they are all surprisingly very similar to each other. Useless customer service. Do not believe their “30 Days Easy Return”; when you read the fine print, they say that you have SEVEN days to notify them that you have a problem with your purchase and then THEY have 30 days to refund your money. HA! Not really what the rest of the world means by “30 Day Return”. They also take forever to respond to emails. They insisted that I send pictures of the jacket, even though it wasn’t damaged; the size was too small and the quality was JUNK. Then I realized that the orange star decals are peeling off even though all I’ve done was take it out of the bag. I might have paid $10-15 for this but not $99. ALSO, they don’t’ tell you that you will be charged $11 for an imported item; you’ll get a separate invoice for that 2-3 weeks later, from Fed Ex, who cover that when the box enters the country and then they pass that cost on to you. So it’s really a $110 jacket. They probably made it for $5. RUN, don’t walk, AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Posted this review on their website; you get an automatic message they they need to approve of your review. It will likely never see the light of day there.

I ordered a Denver Broncos hoodie for a Christmas gift. It was going to arrive after the holiday (Dec 31) but I take the blame for ordering late (Dec 11). When the package arrived from Pakistan, it was a Kansas City Chiefs hoodie. Team logos are NOT interchangeable. When a return and replacement were requested, I was offered a 30% discount to keep an item I don't want and to return the wrong item at my expense. When I replied that this was unacceptable, I received a 50% off offer and no need to return the wrong item. Still unacceptable. You can't just ship whatever you feel like and expect a customer to pay for it. On top of that, today I received a bill from FedEx for the Customs fees. Once again, for an item that I didn't order.
I have filed a dispute for payment to my CC company and will not retract it based on other reviews.

USA Leather Jackets is a great company with great customer service. I ordered a gift for Christmas and had an issue with the size. They took care of it with ease. Thank you for the great experience!

The jacket I ordered was poor quality and smelled awful. I followed their instructions for a free return as advertised on their site. They will not respond and send me the instructions to actually return the jacket.

Worst customer service! I placed an order for my husband for Christmas. Not only was the item late, it was to small, too short and poor quality! I contacted customer service only to be told to keep the item, they will not refund me in full but said they will give a 25% refund and a $30.00 coupon towards a future order. I will never order from this company again! Please don't get scammed like I did! Do not order from this seller they are fraudulent and misleading!!

I ordered 3 jackets for my fiancé and father in law, they loved them, customer service was amazing resolving an issue I had with one of the jackets, they were very fast, positively and very helpful helping me with everything, I will be definitely ordering more from USlatherJackets 😄😊

I placed an order on December 4th and it never updated past “Placed Order with Vendor”. They wasted no time processing my payment. I kept emailing asking for the status and it seemed like the responses were not actual people. Just kept telling me that it’s scheduled to ship in 1-2 days. Finally on December 19th I asked them to cancel the order as it became apparent it was never going to ship. I had to scramble to find another Christmas gift in time. Terrible experience

I ordered a jacket from USA Leather Jackets/PrimeJacket and had a very disappointing experience. The first jacket arrived too small, and I paid an additional $30 for an exchange. The replacement jacket arrived with a major defect — it said “LINOS” instead of “Lions.” The company acknowledged the issue and promised a full refund, but repeatedly told me they would only issue it if I closed my credit card dispute first. I did not feel safe doing that. Because of their delays and the defective replacement, I am now outside their 30‑day return window and left with two unusable jackets. I have filed a formal complaint with my credit card issuer and the CFPB.

I have been waiting for 10 days any updates, i payed over 250$ for 2 jackets that i require before Dec 20 and i tried many times to contact the costumer service without solution.
I don't recommend it, i will have to start a claim with my bank to get a refund because the costumer service never contacted me back and never got a tracking number.
Reading the reviews over here makes me regret to buy in this store

I made a mistake on an order and they reached out to confirm whether or not the order was correct. Thank goodness they did because it was not correct. I really appreciate their attention to detail and the promptness and politeness of their communication.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences of my life with USALeatherJackets.com. My order arrived so poorly packaged that the box was completely destroyed during shipping — all I received was the shipping label. The jacket was lost in transit because of their negligence.

I opened a claim with my credit card company, and USALeatherJackets told me they would only send a replacement jacket if I closed the claim. Against my better judgment, I followed their instructions.

Big mistake.

The moment the claim was closed, they stopped replying to emails, stopped communicating altogether, and I never received either a replacement jacket or a refund. They simply disappeared.

Consumers need to be aware:
This company uses this tactic to avoid fulfilling orders or issuing refunds. They pressure customers into closing disputes and then cut off communication entirely.

Save yourself the headache.
Stick to reputable businesses or at least companies with transparent, honest business practices. USALeatherJackets.com is absolutely not one of them.

The jacket is fine but I don’t care for the way it looks on me. Too short. When I asked to return it they kept asking why and then they asked for photos of the label and photos of the jacket with measurements including a ruler in the photos. Clearly they don’t want me to return it. The quality of the jacket is great but forget returning it if you need too.

I wouldn't believe one review you see on here. this company is extremely cheap with cheap products. They will then only communicate by email and delay, delay, delay.
