Usaleatherjackets Avis

Outstanding customer service and quality tuxedo. The team worked with me in order to get the correct size and fit for my wedding tuxedo. Thank you!

The XL jacket that I ordered was high quality but it fit a little bit small. I decided that the jacket wasn’t for me personally so I requested a refund. The company was very transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend ordering products from this company.

My first jacket was too small soo they gave me a replacement and it fits

I recently ordered a suit set from USA Leather Jackets in a size up to ensure a good fit, but unfortunately, due to a QA error, the jacket I received was too small. While I was initially disappointed, the company's response was nothing short of outstanding.

Their customer service team was incredibly swift and efficient in addressing the issue. They promptly offered to exchange the jacket for the correct size or provide a partial refund, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

I appreciate their proactive approach and excellent support, and I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Although it proves that shopping on line for my 6/2 300lb husband is just not a good idea. 🤣. Their customer service was excellent in providing a refund and a coupon for future shopping. They were very quick with responses as well.

When I followed up my order on June 20, 2024, the company immediately responded. They said they didn’t deliver the item I ordered due to poor quality of the product. They promised to refund me for the undelivered item which they did in no time. I got my refund on July 5, 2023. USA Leather is definitely a trustworthy company.

Very fair return

Rectified my request for a refund thank you

I ordered my suit late and it wouldn’t have arrived by prom so unfortunately I had to refund so I can’t speak to the quality of the suits but the communication and customer service was outstanding they replied very quickly within hours and began the refund right away as soon as they got my first email. They were very understanding and trouble free and I do appreciate that. Simply off of the first experience with the company (without even buying anything) I will be back to buy a suit from them. Thank you USA leathers.
