I had to exchange the pants for a larger size and I was very pleased with the response time and customer service I received. The suits seem to run as slim fitting, but give a nice tailored look at an affordable price point. Give em a try!

I ordered a jacket for my father. The jacket that was ordered a men's size large. What was sent was made as a women jacket. (Zipper on the wrong side and made smaller). I did try calling the numbers and couldn't get in contact with them. I then tried emailing them and within a day they responded. They asked for pictures of the jacket. I did that. They then called me and offered me different options to make me a happy customer.
I will say that at least they made the attempt to make things right. The jacket itself is very nice. I do hope this company makes the sizes and fixes the zipper to be a US standard because the product is very nice.
I give them 5 stars for the jacket and 5 stars for calling me back. I do also hope they fix the customer service number. I think that would help with communication with the customer.

I wanted to write this review because I had such a nice experience with USA Leather Jacket’s customer service. The jackets I ordered were nicely made but the material didn’t work for me. I had to return them and I received a full refund with a voucher for future orders. I was very impressed.

Ordered a suit for a wedding at the beginning of May. From what I understand, a few of the other guys' suits were fine fit-wise. With the first measurements I sent, we got the suit within a reasonable amount of time, but it did not fit. The customer service was superb. They responded right away and told me what I needed to do to get another suit. I sent their required measurements, along with several others as my son has a long torso and long arms. We received a new suit within a reasonable amount of time. The pants are a little big and the arms of the jacket are still a little shorter than they should be, but it will work. Throughout the entire process, their responses, via email, were impressive and they were very helpful! I was also told to donate the first suit, which I will be happy to do!

Pros and Cons.
Firstly, I broke one of my rules. Do not purchase a product that only shows a picture from the show and not the actual product.

When I got the jacket, I was excited. It came in a reasonable amount of time. A little longer than I wanted, but all things considering, not bad.

I pulled the jacket out of the packaging and put it on... or rather tried. I purchased a 3 XL, which is what would fit me. It did not. I could not get it over my shoulders. I pulled it off and looked at the tag. it indeed said 3 XL. That is when I noticed what looked like a "snot" mark on it, as if someone sneezed on it.

Very upset I emailed USA LEATHER JACKETS.
The email was very polite and asked me to check the measurements (which I did and it was correct) and send pictures. I was honestly a little slow at getting the pictures to them. I said, I will get them pics and I want a full refund.

I got an email I think the next day saying they really need the pics. Also that they had spoken to the manager about the situation. I was welcome to keep the jacket or they will send the return slip. And I will get 70% refund.

At this point I am SUPER angry. I run a Star Trek Club of about 1500 members, and they are all connected. I was going to recommend them as a cool source for a new jacket. At this point, I would recommend that the entire STAR TREK community of fans stay away from this vendor.

I looked up the return policy and found no mention of 70% refund. This would imply a FULL refund. I emailed them back with pics. When taking the pictures, I found chock lines on the jacket, where they had measured the cut out panels on the arms and shoulders.

Full Refund! I am so incredibly angry. I want a refund AND the return label.

So how come I am giving this a 3 star and not a 1 star?

The emails changed. I am now being promised a full refund. A discount on the next purchase. AND they are going to send the return label.

Taking a breathe. I have worked customer service my entire adult life. These situations can not be easy. Who knows what misunderstanding happened in the office?
Instead of simply bashing these folks, I want to give the benefit of the doubt. One bad product.

I do see some good reviews here. Maybe I can give them a second chance. Once my refund is processed, perhaps I reorder, or order the other STAR TREK jacket they had here.

If that order goes south... then I pull out the teeth.

I loved it when customers gave me a second chance to wow them. And I love it even more when customers who I disappointed become my advocate. So I would love to be this companies advocate. IF... they get me my refund, get me the return label and give me the promised discounts on the next purchase.... it will go a LONG way to renew my faith in online purchases.

The fantastic Customer Service! I was disappointed with the fit and quality of the jacket. i won't go into details, but I requested a refund thinking I also had to return said jacket, which would have incurred a cost on my part. Sometimes, I hate online shopping. This company not only refunded my full price, but insisted I keep the jacket to donate. The size was incorrect and I did not want to replace it. This cost them! Their customer service is simply amazing! The jacket I bought was too small in the waist. I requested a return. They asked for me to provide a picture of where it did not fit. I did and within hours was refunded and told that I could keep the jacket and gift to someone! Who does this? $120.00 jacket?

The jacket was everything I wanted.
I ordered the wrong size and they kindly helped me with getting the right one.
If one follows the size chart,which I did not there shouldn’t be any problems.
The leather was of good quality and nicely lined.
I do recommend them and will use them again for other items.

I ordered "loose fit" leather pants size XL. The price was low compared to leather pants I'd bought in the past (Wilson). Upon receipt I was satisfied with the quality feel of the leather.
My issue was with the "loose fit". I regularly buy size 40-42 jeans, chinos, even dress slack to accommodate for my athletic lower body (larger thighs). Loose fit is my thing, I don't do tight. I could hardly pull these pant on they were so small. I measured the waist and it was 38". In retrospect, size 2XL or even 3XL might be needed in order to get a "loose fit" look and feel. I typically dont mind altering the waist in these situations. USA staff were responsive to my email inquiries in terms of exchange. A 70% refund was offered as the return process sounded arduous and kind of costly
(Not sure what to do with pants that don't fit).
I did agree when a $25 coupon was included with the refund offered. I will order the larger size 2XL, if they have one.

The jacket I ordered was 3 sizes too small poorly made fake and not what I ordered. The website says money back guarantee and free returns, that hasnt been true for me. I’ve been trying to get return label for 2 months they email me back with 3 options to get a different jacket or pay a restocking fee of 37.95.. or have store credit minus restock fee. I’m not paying to stock this item it shouldn’t be sold in the first place.

The jacket I ordered for my girlfriend and received was a good quality, real leather jacket. Unfortunately the size I ordered fit her a lil snug. However, in contacting USA LEATHER JACKETS, they responded to all of my emails, and in the end I was accomodated accordingly through the return policy process. I plan to place an order for the same jacket for my girlfriend, but in a larger size, which I’m sure will fit her better, and she will be happy with.

Well the jacket that was sent was not the jacket I ordered. It was poor quality. I ordered a Raiders jacket. The image was not what I ordered it was really bad image. Funny looking image. I requested a refund but I was to late to get a full refund. I'm not saving the jacket because it was poor quality. Just gonna get rid of it so no raiders fan can be seen with it.

The jacket was fine but didn’t fit properly. We purchased it as a Christmas gift. Didn’t know there was only a 7day return policy. Contacted them and was essentially told “too bad for you”. Now we have a useless leather jacket that we paid over $160 for. BEWARE OF 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. This should be highlighted when purchasing.
