Trendzoid Avis 

ZERO STARS!!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order from this company! Ordered on November 27th, received item, January 5th. Was not the item as advertised!!! I had contacted them about a refund and they said no, the item had shipped and it was too late. Unbelievable!

I would give trendzoid zero stars. They're a ***scam company** as far as I can see. I should have looked at the reviews before making a purchase but I did not and now I've lost my money and never received my order. There is no actually tracking information, no shipping company, no package delivered at 2am as reported by trendzoid. ***SCAM*** They take 25% for a restocking fee for refunds, returns, etc... Stay away from trendzoid!

Ordered a set of xmas sweaters late November. There was no option of shipping choices so I emailed right after order to verify it would be here by Dec 18th. I was told there was nothing that could be done since it already shipped and that it should get here by then. It didn't. I watched as it sat for a week going no where. It didn't even arrive by Dec 23rd for a second ugly xmas sweater party. It arrived Dec 27th.....NOT helpful. Won't be purchasing from this site again. Site should give customers shipping options or be forthcoming on just how long it truly takes to get the merchandise you order. Had I known, my coworker and I wouldn't have bought it.

Ordered a product for Christmas a month in advance, and the product never showed up. Customer service was also horrible, provided no help at all. AVOID THIS SITE!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Ordered something from them. They charged me. It was ordered the Monday after Thanksgiving 2023. Today is 12/23/2023 and it still hasn’t been delivered. Enough said.

I paid $65 for 2 Christmas shirts on 12/1
It is now 12/22 and I still haven’t received them
I tracked them and they didn’t ship them until 12/18
But they however did lie and say they shipped them out on 12/16

Would give 0 stars if possible. No communication about order update until I reached out. Was working with their team on getting a refund, then magically my order shipped, and therefore I was no longer eligible for a refund. Terrible service, angry customer. I can only tell you spend your money with a company that cares and NOT here.

Never received my order and they would not refund my money.

Absolute FRAUDS!!! They shipped something supposedly that I ordered over a month ago and when it never arrived they would not refund me!!! I have video proof it was never f-ing delivered. This company are absolute FRAUDS!

Found the product half of the price on a different website and tried to cancel it a few minutes after ordering. They wanted 25% of the price as a “restocking fee”.
So better double check before you order!

I made the same mistake as everyone else. Ordering and thinking I would get the item in a timely manner and of course it took way too long. Then I politely asked for a refund and had a dispute with them regarding their absurd restocking fee. They still charged me 25% for restocking which is an absurdly high value as a means to continue profiting and taking advantage of the customer. They do not care about their reputation because now I clearly see after doing some simple research that there is nothing they can do to rebuild it so I guess they are sticking to the bait and switch type of business techniques. I’m glad I didn’t keep waiting for the item to arrive and experiencing more problems as documented by many others. Stay away from sellers like TRENDZOID!!! They don’t value you or your business. Now I’m worried that they will be selling my credit card information for additional profit from seeing other reviews. Find a better seller and similar product on Amazon.

We purchased a $50 scale from a Facebook ad from a company called Trendzoid. They shipped us a different $15 scale from Amazon w/ a gift receipt addressed to someone named "Michael" (not me). When we emailed asking for replacement, they said we would have to pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee. They are clearly profiting from this bait-and-switch scheme by sending inferior products and threatening w/ extra fees hoping customers will just cut their losses. At best they are clearly nefarious, and likely an outright scam.

Same as most people that have already left a review.
Purchased over a month ago, received a fake tracking number and they will not respond to my emails asking for a real tracking number.
I’ve since started the process to dispute the payment with my bank and report to scamwatch to try and stop them from being able to sell to Australia at least.

Chinese scammers! Don’t buy from them! They steal your credit card information and sell it on the internet!

Avoid at all cost!
Failed to provide any delivery details and if not provided to refund 2 times via email. Got told same BS as others here that order delayed then afte requesting a refund a second time for failing to confiem any postage details wanted to charge a 25% restock fee on something they hadn't even dispatched and still didn't provide a tracking number.
Basically just dirty rotten thieves

Garbage. Took a month for them to even get my stuff in the mail. I wanted to cancel my order and they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee on the items that they hadn't even packed.
Anything they have, you can get on Amazon. Don't waste your time and money.

DO NOT order from this scam site. Orders take months to arrive and are always damaged or broken. I ordered a light box which arrived shattered after 6 weeks. I asked for a refund but was sent a replacement instead which took another 6 weeks and also arrived shattered. When I asked for a refund again I was told 50% was the best they could do, eventually I got nothing as our email exchange took us beyond the 30 day refund period. Absolute CRIMINALS

Terrible. This is a total racket. I ordered a tool kit that came with one tool and empty spaces for all of the other ones. It took many months to arrive. It was overpriced. Customer service was ridiculous. Despite all of the issues (including, claiming that they responded to my first complaint, when they did not, and asking me for photographs and more information even though I had already provided), they said that I would have to pay return shipping and there is a 25% return fee. Do not buy ANYTHING from this site! Crooks.
