or stolen by porch pirates. I immediately contacted Tres Colori and they are sending another one out the way they help me is truly remarkable checking to make sure my address was correct responing quickly and so nice about it didn’t hurt I had their insurance either I am

Love the jewelry.

Love the jewelry.. seems a little high if there's no discounts, especially for something that is not real gold but even as it's not real gold, they are very good quality and do not tarnish easy.I think I had my first set for about two years before it started looking dull . But.
I do love that you can get nameplates for about sixty bucks.. and the name plates are beautiful

I DO NOT recommend

So I ordered from this company a few years ago and the quality was good , but now I recently ordered again in January 2026 omg the quality is soooo terrible it looks like I put 25cents in a bubble gum machine & got a plastic necklace I hate it so bad never again!!!!

Script monogram ring

I was gifted a script monogram
Ring from Tres Colori and it was absolutely stunning. The ring was high quality, strong in detail meaning cleanly cut, soft edges so none of the metal would snag on anything. There was a minor issue, I reached out and was helped by Ava not even 24 hours and my issue was resolved quick, efficient and very responsive through the whole process. The ring came in its own dust bag, secure packing and care instructions. Between the ring and costumer service and attention to detail I will definitely be ordering through this small business again! Thank you again!

Your custom piece was finished and shipped out yesterday, February 5th. You should have received a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey. Because our jewelry is handcrafted specifically for you, it does take 2 to 4 business weeks for production before shipping.

Love the jewelry pieces for my daughter . Also when I first ordered my daughter’s necklace, I didn’t spell her name right so I had to send it back and I was able to order another one once they received the original item when the replacement item was shipped out UPS lost my package for a few days. I reached out to. Customer service and they were more than glad to help me by making me a new piece for my daughter. EACH TIME I EMAILED THEM THEY ANSWERED ME QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY. I WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING FOR MYSELF AGAIN.

I’ve placed an order back in November…

I’ve placed an order back in November and it is now January and I’ve still not received the order! This company is a scam!! I’ve spoken to someone named Ava via email that said a bunch of LIES! you can’t call the company as the number they list is FAKE. I’m going to be reporting them and reaching out to my bank IMMEDIATELY.

My HONEST review….

I know everyone has different experiences with people, places and/or things. Here’s my honest review… nothing short of amazing! First green flag: I had made a careless mistake with my address (they brought it to my attention by canceling the order and giving me a chance of fixing the issue) and my experience with customer service was great (Ava). Second, I know things are delayed sometimes, I expected it to be late getting here… it arrived WAY earlier. Third and last green flag: the work is BEAUTIFUL. I will be shopping here again.
