Not safe to consume food, arrived hot and covered in slimy substance
I received my first delivery from Trifecta today - which was supposed to be delivered yesterday. A digit on the address was inadvertently entered wrong but that house number does not even exist. When the adress could not be found, instead of reaching out to me to iron it out or leaving the package at the warehouse, the driver left the package at someone else's door, knowing good and well that it is not the correct address. When I finally got the package today, all cold packs were melted and leaked onto the food, package was not even cold! This food has been on the road for days, left out in Texas summer heat for hours, went back to their warehouse, and again been on the road for hours to get delivered to me. The food is not safe to consume anymore! To top it off, they refused to give me refund. They need to take the 'food safety' course AGAIN! After I see how they -cannot- handle their deliveries and cold supply chain, I would not eat anything prepared by this company. They have zero regards for your health and no control over their own business.
EDIT: The order was not delivered to the address with a digit error by Trifecta's team. The order was dropped at a completely different address that is unknown to me and left out there in Texas heat. That action has nothing to do with original address provided being wrong. At the time, your team did not know the address was wrong - and they still could not deliver! Had this package been delivered to the original address provided, I'd take responsibility for that and not ask for a refund. However, in this case, Trifecta did not deliver the package to any of the addresses that I provided on time as they should have.
Instead of assuming responsibility, Trifecta is charging me in full for completely inedible food and asking me to purchase more food from them as a 'courtesy'. After seeing how these foods are being delivered, I don't even know how many times they are melted/frozen during their so called 'cold chain'. After so many days on the road, at least 2 of those without any refrigeration other than the cold packs in the box, which are completely insufficient for Texas, that food must be pure breeding ground for bacteria. And your company still delivered this box to me yhat is literally a health hazard, and asking me to pay in full.
One last time, if it is still not clear, I didn't provide the address that you left that box at. Your team left it at the wrong address and now you still want your customer to pay for your team's mistake.

This is the only meal delivery service…
This is the only meal delivery service I have used that consistently arrives at safe to eat temps. Meals delivers through services like this are supposed to arrive at 40 degrees or less to be safe for consumption. Otherwise, bacteria can grow while in transit. This is also the only one that never made me sick.
The meals are extremely satisfying and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend pan drying though. The meals seem designed to brown a little in the pan.
I've used other meal delivery services. One I recently tried I had to throw the whole box out because many of the meals were 50,55, 60 degrees. No good. Also never happened with Trifecta.
The meals are vacuum sealed but easily open up.
Customer Service is also excellent. Dave from the support team took care of an issue I had and I had a smooth experience working with him.
I'm taking a break from delivered meals but this is the only one I will use in the future.

I love all of Trifecta's meals and have never had an issue until today. The meal I had for lunch didn't taste quite right and I wanted to report it in case others were also experiencing this issue. I reached out to Customer Service via Chat and was connected to Kenzie R. She took note of my concern and even offered me a refund for the meal since I ended up discarding it. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

Great food and great support
I've ordered food from them before and it was great. Took a break for awhile. I signed back up and had to immediately change the delivery date because we would be out of town. Doing that caused some free protein brownies to drop from the order. I contacted support and Kenzie T quickly added them to my next order free.

Easy Meals for People on the Go
My wife and I love Trifecta and it makes meal prepping much easier with our busy schedules. Love that they change up the menu regularly now as in the past it was the same meals over and over. Kenzie on their support team is also very helpful.

Awful!
Ordered and then received my food on a Friday. I looked at the food that came and none looked appetizing at all even though the pictures online looked decent. I tried the first meal and it was so disgusting I ended up giving it to my cat. The next day I hit skip delivery so I could try to figure out how to cancel before being charged again for expensive cat food. It said it went through and then when I reached out to customer service to cancel, I was advised it was too late and they already charged me for a second box! So now I’m out another $120 because they refused to give my money back due to their policy. I guess at least my cat will be happy.

Impressive service
Impressive service. We've been getting Trifecta for several months now and are very happy with our Keto meals. It's nice to know something healthy can taste so good. Today though, we had a delivery which was short some meals. But when I spoke with Kenzie T, she quickly gave us a refund and said she would talk to the kitchen about this.
