I thought the service could have been…

I thought the service could have been better, I had a hard time ordering the products and ended up with 3 duplicates of one of the photos I ordered! I think it would have been nice if someone would have reached out to confirm that I actually wanted 3 of the same photo. I thought the writing was just a copy right thing so I was surprised that it was on the actual products!

I have had excellent customer service…

I have had excellent customer service from TrilogyGift and the metal sign was custom and just what I ordered! I received the metal sign damaged in shipping and I emailed Trilogy got a response from them in less than 24 hours and my new sign in 10 days. Will definitely order again!

It feels very much like bait click and…

It feels very much like bait click and scam. They had rugs on sale and they were add ons to the original order. They have a statement saying that they would let you know what the shipping was when you click the order window so when I clicked the order window to see the cost of the shipping, a second rug had been added to my order and my order had already been processed. When I went to contact the company to modify the order and cancel the rug that shouldn't have been ordered you can't get a hold of anyone by phone you have to leave an email so I may be stuck paying for a $90 rug I didn't want.

I bought this for my boyfriend who is a huge Steelers fan. He absolutely loved it. He geeked out, tested all the different lights then immediately hung it on his living room wall. Great quality and I’m so happy to have made this purchase. His reaction was worth the money.

Amazing Quality

Beautiful and well made product

Beautiful and well made product, EXCELLENT customer service and communication, FAST production and shipping, easy transaction from start to finish. My only issue was the packaging of the product. Sent a poster in a flat, heavy duty envelope rather than a poster tube which resulted in some creasing to the item during shipping.

Ups dropped it off and it was all bent…

It took forever to get here after I ordered it and when finally arrived I was happy to get it but Ups dropped it off and it was all bent up and smaller than I thought it would be for $160
