Ordered in early November with a 'should have it before Christmas' thing. Shipping label wasn't even printed until 12/18 and it's now next year and USPS still doesn't even have the shipment in their hands. Do not buy anything from this company.

I ordered something on December 6. It's not December 30 and I still have NOT received my order. The tracking number "doesn't exist" every time I put it in. I can't get support to answer me back and I've written them 3 times. I paid $60 for an item I'm starting to think I'm never going to receive. Would not recommend unless you don't mind waiting 6 months like Wish.
I ordered a metal light up sign on December 10th originally and they sent me an email stating there was a mix up on the charges and that they were refunding my payment and asked me to repay the invoice again due to them starting to grow and they were going through some growing pains (which I absolutely understand). So I did that. On December 19 I requested someone to call me because I noticed the shipping address was not correct. I received an email on December 20 from a Mary stating that the shipping address they had on file was actually the correct one I put in. December 23rd rolls around and the company auto generates an email stating they are reaching out again because they have not received a reply from me. I emailed back and stated I have done everything they had asked me to do. Mary emails back on December 24th and states that she’s sorry all of this has happened and that my has been completed and prepared for shipment and I would be receiving an email with tracking information. It is now December 29th and I still have not received anything. This sign is a metal sign of a Chinook Helicopter of which my Grandfather worked on for years and retired from the Army. I showed him a picture of what he was supposed to open on Christmas Day as a gift and he broke down crying of the gift that he was receiving so I’m still holding on to some faith that this order will actually be delivered…
Our favorite song placed on canvas is beautiful and meaningful! We love it and received it quickly with prompt replies and tracking information from Trilogy. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from Trilogy again.

I had a great experience with Trilogy Gift. I received my product in 10 days. I loved the emails I received to see where my order was.
I ordered my item on November 26. The website said: “ For US & EU orders, shipping may take 5 - 8 business days. For orders from the rest of the world, the delivery may take 8 - 12 business days.” Today is December 28, and it’s 10pm. It’s still not here. I tried to cancel the order once it was obvious it wouldn’t make it to me on time. That was December 8th and it still hadn’t shipped. But they couldn’t cancel the order or expedite the shipping. They said they were sorry. Classic! Yeah, sorry as in “no soup for you!” And now they keep sending me emails about how they know they didn't meet expectations and this most recent email (tonight- Dec 28) wants me to review the product even though it still hasn’t arrived. I needed it 12 days ago. Their products come from overseas, meaning they don't pre-stock (in the USA) what they sell. If you buy 60 days in advance, you should be fine. As for product quality, who knows. It doesn’t matter now anyway. I gave them one star because ZERO stars wasn’t an option. Look elsewhere.
It looks like several of us had the same experience with an accounting error and a request to resubmit payment. This situation makes me very skeptical, and I'm worried it's a scam.
I can't get anyone to reply with a tracking number, and there is not a phone number on any of the emails for me to call and make sure my package is even still shipping.
Very disappointed and not sure what to do next.

The product is VERY well done. We ordered an NFL LED sign for the wall. WOW!! It does look great online, but when we opened the box I asked my husband to just go slow, take the time to just take in the DETAILS. The metal cut out is so smooth. The paint coating on it is to perfection. When you turn it over to see the lights attached on the back, you begin to see the painstaking
detail. As you unwrap the product you realize how much was put in to just packaging it! WOW!
They know what they are doing here from manufacture, to shipping, to email service, and even after the sale, I have been in touch with them to compliment their work.
You will be so happy with their art form.
They do not communicate with the customer. All emails are meaningless and generated with no information provided. No phone number where you can speak to someone. They actually discarded my credit card information and subsequently I still could not reach out to get another invoice. I left a review on the BBB website. I left it with a 3 star at the time erroneously believing the order would be completed. If I don’t receive the order tomorrow, as promised I will be submitting an updated review.

I ordered a custom sign for a Christmas gift and it was cancelled without me wanting it cancelled. I only got an email saying it was accounting mistake and received a refund. They advised to make a payment again on an email they would send and have not received an email. It is 3 days before Christmas now and they have ruined this gift.
One thing I do not like is that there is no tracking information given, or what is given us very vague.
I have not yet received my order so I cannot comment on the quality.
I finally received my order on 12/27, and it was not the fault of your company but of the USPS. Not exactly as expected, but my Grandson loved it, so it was a win!
I was skeptical about ordering something custom online especially from a company I never worked with before! I originally made a mistake on the lettering and emailed them and they got back to me the next day and made my corrections and I got my order within a couple of weeks!! Love my custom sign!!
I ordered Christmas sweaters in November and still haven’t received them. This company takes way too long to get items to you. I can understand something that has to be manufactured but they are sweaters. I guess I’ll have them for next year because nobody wears Christmas sweaters in January…

Trilogy is a professional and expedient service. I am very happy with my order and the experience is commendable.
