Buyer beware!

While I was shopping and ordering, I saw nowhere how long it would take to get the product. After it was ordered, I saw that it would take too long to arrive for the funeral. When I tried reaching out for help I could speak to no person. Only got text. When it finally arrived, the product looked cheap. Very disappointed.

Love the train rug!

The rug is well made and the colors are vibrant. It cleans easily with a vacuum. It took a little longer to arrive than I thought but it was worth the wait!

Low quality product

The hat is not the quality that I thought I would be paying for for $40. The material is cheap and the printing is not high-quality. I have bought a couple of hats and have been disappointed with both of them. I expected higher quality for that kind of money. Probably won’t be purchasing in the future.

Awful product/awful customer service

These shoes are of cheap cheap CHEAP CHEAP quality! The red was bleeding into the white, they had an awful chemical smell coming from them, the white rubber part was half painted and did I mention they LOOK FEEL AND SMELL CHEAP! Worst part is customer service. After I brought my complaints forward, provided picture and continuously had to ask for a response… I got that they will only refund up to 30%. No option of a full refund or a different product or a replacement. So glad this company asked for my opinion openly. Thanks for nothing but cheap shoes they don’t even want back
