I ordered my item over a month ago and still have not received it. Ups tracking said they sent back the item to sender on their own accord. I have emailed you to resolve this matter as my credit card was charged and yet I have received no response. I expect a full refund for no item received. Will never order again from this store.

Custom hat
The custom hat I ordered arrived just what I expected. I wanted different colors from what was shown on the website. Was sent a mockup before ordering, so I knew exactly what I was ordering. Arrived just as advertised. Was kept in the loop the entire time. The only hiccup was USPS claimed my address does not exist, so the issued a return to sender. Was eventually resolved and showed up after 4 extra days. This was on USPS, not Trilogygifts.

The rug was shipped folded and not…
The rug was shipped folded and not rolled,the result is creases all over the rug that have not come out. I've but boxes on top to try and flatten but it's not working. I'm afraid I'm going to have to return the rug. Is it possible to return this one and get a replacement...but shipped rolled? I have pictures to send showing the issue.

Great Customer Service
I am very happy with their selection of customizable Military/Veteran T-shirts. Working with Customer Service, they were able to add extra text to the t-shirts.
Before shipping, I received a photo preview for final approval - perfect!
Afraid I would not be able to receive the shirts before the upcoming Veterans Day, Customer Service assured me it would be shipped in time. I received them last week in October!!
