DO NOT BUY! These scammers will send a different product than what you ordered. Then they do not respond to emails to fix the issue. Horrible company, I wish my husband had seen the REAL reviews of this company. Will definitely fight the charges.

Great quality, impressive detail! We love it

I had ordered a stained glass suncatcher, and it is definitely not made of jewel toned glass as it says in the description. According to the descriptions, I believe I received the cheaper acrylic version. I understand mistakes happen, and in all the reviews I read about Trilogy Gift, when a customer wasn’t happy, they were asked to contact the company with a provided email, no phone number. Well I did. Twice. It’s been two weeks and they have not responded. I have however received four emails asking for a review. So here it is. Poor products that do not match the description and poor customer service.

WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP! Not worth the money
I waited a month to get this piece of crap. I ordered on Dec. 8th & was to receive it for Christmas as per web site. They blamed shipping.
Packaging is a disgrace. No instructions how to mount the sign. The name is soooo small
No wonder they don't list a phone number to contact them. A 40% review of 2 & 1 stars! WOW that is a lot.

The jacket i ordered is very nice in quality and the size is perfect. The printing is great and my grandson is beside himself. We are very pleased with the service and we will be ordering again soon. Our friends are impressed also. Thanks

Orders take a long time to arrive. In fact after 3 weeks we still don't have our order and they only communicate through email. LOOK ELSE WHERE THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE!!

I ordered my husband a very important jacket for Christmas on the 1st of dec. I have emailed over and over and all I get is a tracking number that shows it's just sitting somewhere and never moves. It's Dec 23rd and nothing. Every rime I email I get an auto response email that says same thing. Never a real person. I'm sooooooo pissed this item was very important for my husband as a gift and nothing. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Want a refund...I will be contacting BBB asap

Trilogy gift has stolen hundreds of my designs from my shop Banwell Designs on Etsy and is even using my photos on their website. They are sellinga cheap ripoff of our products. Do not buy from these crooks.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This has been the worst experience. Ordered a stained glass panel at the beginning of November. Here it is a week before Christmas and still haven’t received. Their customer service is atrocious. Meaning there is none. Some girl named Catherine will respond to you once every other day as long as you stay consistent asking about where your item is. But still only then is it basic CS bs. The shipping company they use CSI Logistics is even worse. It took them 13 days to ship my package from Chicago to St Louis. They would only update the shipping info after I would complain and ask why it is taking so long. Once it arrived in St Louis then it sat for 5 days while I questioned each day why it hadn’t moved yet. Then today (day 5) they finally updated it as out for delivery as of 3:30 in the afternoon. As of 9:15pm it shows delivered with pictures but the pictures do not show where it was delivered to as it was not delivered to my front door nor the mail room on my property. And they as well as Triliogy do not have a phone number so you can contact them to speak to an actual person.
I would avoid avoid avoid both of these companies.

Update: received an email this morning from Triliogy mimicking the tracking software with again only a photo of the shipping label (not where it was actually delivered to) saying it was delivered. And that if it is not at my address then I need to do the work to track it down. Check with neighbors camera and community office. Seriously? For one it was never delivered. My unit faces all incoming traffic which I sat and watched & not a single delivery vehicle came into my area at time package was supposedly dropped off. Tired and completely done with this experience. Neither of these companies care about their reputations or their customers. And since there is no way to contact them directly to speak with a representative over the phone I requested a refund through my bank as Triliogy has ignored my repeated request for a refund.

Good quality shirts. My husband should love them.

I ordered a Trump signed picture for my boyfriend. If i had any questions they were answered a in timely manner. I received the picture and everything was great I would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a rug back at the start of November and it's almost mid December without notice of shipping or tracking.

It ended up being a great gift. Beautifully made. My boys are gonna love them. Can’t wait for Christmas

Poster was wrinkled because packaging was insufficient and was squashed on one side. Took a long time to get so we are trying to let it hang straight to see if that fixes it. Very disappointed.
