If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a rug apprehensively as I’d never heard of this site but loved the print. It is not a rug at all. It’s a mat and not at all soft in any way as described. It’s creased all weird and unlikely to change due to how it came. The company takes no responsibility for their false advertising. The product is outrageous for what you’re getting and that was at 30% off! I can’t imagine if I’d have paid full price. Still out $70 for a worthless mat that they refuse to take back and refund for. Horrible customer service. Horrible product. They only appear to put positive reviews on their site which is another way I was duped. Had I found this separate thread of 1 star reviews prior, that would have been helpful. Just awful.
I was very pleased of the customer support I received during the product process and very pleased how perfect it turned out.

My MAGA hat arrived in a Manila envelope smashed flat. NO APPROPRIATE PACKING. When I reached out to customer service they told me to “wear it for awhile and it might straighten out”, then proceeded to offer me 40% of another one!

Ordered a set of 4 signs for my crew (firefighters) on December 13, 2024. I received the items, after paying unnecessarily for expedited shipping, on January 6, 2025. The order was incorrect, so all I wanted to do was return the items and get a refund. Simple enough for any company worth a damn to figure out and accomplish. Not so much here. There is only one way to contact them as they oddly cannot receive phone calls. So when you email them, if they reply at all, it is around a week later and very vague and all they want to do is apologize and want to make it right. It is February 18, 2025, and I have been dealing with them to "make it right" since January 6, 2024. DO NOT waste your money or time with these clowns.
I applaud Emma of the Customer Support Team for guiding me through my purchase and answering all my questions almost immediately. I am very pleased with the quality of my Giclee and frame. The packaging was top notch and shipping time very expeditious. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company. I will be purchasing again!!

Fortunately, Trilogy has made it right. Nice save. Below was my previous review. I’m updating it because I indeed heard from a human and I’m completely satisfied. I’d definitely order from them again. It’s not about how a company responds when everything is fine, but how it deals with conflicts that arise. This kind of emotional intelligence is sorely lacking in so many of American businesses today. Trilogy, you have my respect.

Said would expedite delivery for $29. Then when I ordered something actually pretty small, the site indicated 2 weeks delivery. I contacted them by email 10 minutes later to cancel my order. Got a robot response twice. No phone number available. Poor service from beginning to whenever it ends. But I’m not going to quit until I’m refunded. I wouldn’t trust this site especially for expedited orders. Buyer beware.

Purchased “Laws of Cycling” and “One Way, Stay Right” bike posters. Really impressed with how well they were packaged and even more impressed with the framed posters. Very high quality canvas, well done frames, They look awesome! The framed posters arrived sooner than expected. We placed them in our bike room (aka Pain Cave) and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!

Complete scam. The website has photoshopped pictures and completely fake descriptions of their products, and will not allow me to return the hideous plastic garbage they mailed me (which was supposed to be “meticulously handcrafted premium stained glass.”) Customer service is a joke and refused to provide me with information for how to return the hilariously awful product. Felt like I was talking to AI the whole time. Just had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.
First- the item itself is fantastic and very happy with it. I would be ordering 2-3 more from them, except customer support is quite bad.
My original purchase had a delivery estimated date, which fit within a time frame before I moved. But, after reading “confirmation” that the item was shipped, it did not. It was actually several weeks AFTER that it truly shipped out, and was WAY beyond its initial date.
I had reached out to customer service to try to adjust the shipping address, as it was not my fault they did not actually ship on time, but even they took SEVERAL days to respond. In the end, an old neighbor had to get the product from my old home and hold it for me. Even still, customer support was severely behind on their communication.
Great product. Terrible service. I’m ordering my next few to fill out my home gym from elsewhere.
Wow, I should have read the reviews before buying. Everything people are complaining about this company it happened to me. I ordered a rug, it took over 2 weeks to recieve. I product was so cheap, it was not worth the price I paid. I feel lied and robbed by this company. Save your money, don't buy from them, there products are over priced and cheap. I'm very upset.

I ordered my father in law a $50+ custom sign and paid $30+ for express shipping to hopefully get by his birthday. It’s now January 16th over a month since ordered. Trilogy took about 2.5 weeks to actually respond to my emails, only to tell me after a couple more days it was “lost in transit”. They had the audacity to only refund me the difference of express shipping - standard shipping, still no update on the new order about 2 weeks later. Starting to think they are just scamming people. Don’t bother there’s many other companies you can buy custom things from. Not worth the headache.
