Not all the items were sent to me and customer service responded once without any action to remedy the issue.

I love my trotpet bowl. Great in the dishwasher and also easy to clean by hand. Gets pups eating at a healthy pace. One concern on a second bowl I recently bought for a new adopted dog is that the coral-colored outer lining is pulling away from the bowl. The first bowl I bought has not done that at all. Not sure if this is of any real concern at this point, but...update—i was contacted after my review from trotpet and they sent me a replacement bowl right away. Great customer service!

I received the trot bowl complete kit as a gift for my newly adopted Mastiff puppy. I was so impressed by the quality of the product! I've had dogs my whole life and these bowls are superior to any I've had. My puppy was having a little difficulty with the slow feeder bowl so we bought an extra water bowl for her to use as a food bowl until she's bigger.
She loves it! Also purchased a snack mat to use for her frozen pumpkin yogurt treats and it was a big hit . Will be heavily in use as warmer weather arrives!

I just received my two elevated dog bowl sets after a month. Let me run you through the nightmare that was this order:

March 8: Placed order for two sets on their website
March 12: Still no confirmation order or contact from the company, but I know the order exists because I set up payment through Shop and received confirmation from them, I reach out to trot via email.
March 17: Still no reply from company, I try their chat online + send another email. I get a reply several hours after I start the chat to say that they are checking with their warehouse and will get back to me asap.
March 24: Still no reply from company via chat or email. I try their chat again and let them know I will be issuing a chargeback on my card if I do not get a resolution on this day. I hear back within an hour with a discount and to let me know my items are about to ship.
April 2: Items finally arrive in a huge box with zero protection, both sets shockingly didn't take significant damage even though they were just rattling around in a box 10x bigger than needed. Nothing is assembled, really poor packaging.

Don't get me wrong, the product itself is great, but be prepared to have a horrible experience in order to actually get your product. I have no idea why it was so much trouble just to get confirmation that my order existed / what was going on with it.

These bowls and stand are absolutely made so nice! My dog loves them. Looking for something made exceptionally well, then purchase these you will not be sorry!

I ordered the elevated set and was shocked at how poorly made and sloppy it was put together. The return portal on the website is not remotely user friendly so I emailed customer service and included several pictures that you would think would be concerning, and have not yet heard back and there’s no phone number available. It’s really something for a company to charge so much and have a cheap product and horrible to non existent customer service.

Spent hundreds of dollars and never received the order. I’ve reached out to customer service at least 10 times over the last couple of months and only received one email in response back. Have sent several more emails since then and heard nothing back. Would not recommend this company!

We have had the complete set now for about two weeks and so far so good. We purchased this item specifically for the magnetic bowls because our puppy started trying to pickup the water and food bowls and bring them in the living room making a huge mess along the way. Since we have been using these, he had not tried to do that! They look nice enough and cleans easily.

My complaints would be the ability to mix and match items that I wanted for the complete set, which saves money over buying each individual piece. For example, my pup doesn't need more than 1.5 cups of food per meal which would have put us in the small bowl category. However we could not get the small bowl with the 12 inch stand. Also, there was a color we wanted that was not available as a "complete set" but when purchased stand alone I was able to add it to my cart. I should be able to make a complete set to match my dogs needs and not buy each separately which adds costs.

Not happy with the magnet. My dog was still able to push the bowl as she was trying to eat. Very unhappy with how expensive this item was

Emailed several times let him get a reply. My order came stained and I wanted to exchange unfortunately wasn’t able to get an answer for them. It’s been over a week.

TERRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY!

I've tried contacting customer service several times about bowls that are leaking and sloshing water everywhere. There is no phone number, and each time I submit a form or write in the chat what my issue is, they don't respond. I can't spend days on end trying to exchange dog bowls despite wanting to really love the product. Most of the one-star reviews have to do with folks who are having an issue with their product and can't get anyone to help them despite claiming to have a "lifetime warranty". Great looking product, but extremely turned off by the unprofessional customer service. If anyone in charge of this company actually cares and wants to contact me-- my order was #TP11574. Otherwise I would say buyer beware.

The product is excellent. One recommendation will have some kind of splash guard to prevent water splash when dog is drinking water(tray can be redesigned so it has splash guard in the back side). Overall very satisfied with the product.

Loving the dishes and customer service was great. Only thing is there are no instructions about the extra magnets and I'm not sure if they're extra or if they should be included somewhere.

150 plus dollars for a dog bowl set and the large bowls are far too small. On top of that the company won’t respond and the stand is very unstable. Also I cannot get the stand apart to send back as the screws stripped. It’s just so frustrating to have wasted this money. Also, the ad showing the bowls not falling off the mat is a complete lie.

There was an issue with the inventory listing on the website and the company contacted me to let me know. Well it took them quite sometime to get back to me, once they did they immediately made the issue right and actually provided me a discount. I just received the merchandise and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the product and can't wait to see how well it holds up for years to come.

Reached out because the coating on the outside of the bowls were starting to bubble and peel. They stood behind their guarantee and shipped me new bowls. I couldn't be happier with these bowls or this company.

I had the bowls and elevated dishes for several months. For the price they are moderate quality. The powder coating began peeling and I reached out per their warranty to get the bowls replaced. They agreed to replace the bowls but then I have had no return response or new products sent and I have been reaching out for months.

UPDATE: the company responds to this review and tells me to contact them via trot pets email. I've been doing that for the last 3 months and no one is responding. They have no other contact.
