Awful experience. Not only did it take 3+ weeks for the item to ship, it was returned to sender, despite receiving a notification that the item had been delivered. We just moved to a town that does not have USPS service, but does receive UPS and FedEx. To be safe, we always list our PO Box, at the risk of the item shipping through USPS. I did not know which shipping provider Trot Pets would use, so naturally, I listed the PO Box, knowing I would be prompted with a "cannot send to your address" if the PO Box would not work. I received no push back, so went ahead an ordered the set. I tracked shipping through out the SLOW process, only to notice the the day this was supposed to be delivered, that the item was returned to sender. Annoying, but I can let it go. However, when I reached out to customer service begging for help, they sent a snarky response back. To which I mentioned I would simply prefer a return, asked why a shipping label was created if they could not deliver to a PO Box. Why was I not prompted with an error for inputting a PO Box? Their response was, "we can do that," completely ignoring my questions regarding shipping. Whether this be user error on my end or not, I would have appreciated more communication, and kinder communication. I was so excited to receive this set for our new dog, and due to the rude responses, we will be going with Yeti dog bowls instead. Customer service makes or breaks a company, in my opinion, and Trot Pets failed miserably. I should also mention, I asked when I will receive confirmation of my return twice now, with zero responses. Don't order from here.

Easy order. On time delivery. Excellent quality. Beautiful color. Ordered the yellow for my new puppy. She’s coming home later this month so haven’t actually used it yet but love that it’ll look nice wherever I set it.

Trot immediately stood out to me even before I've received my order because I had to modify a mistake I made and I just thought the customer service and response time was top tier! Service is often times more valuable than the actual project in today's society. Thanks so much and my pups can't wait to get their new bowls in the mail.

The bowl system is great! Love the lids. One bowl arrived with a small scratch and the company was very responsive and will send a replacement a soon as it's back in stock.

Best dog bowls. My dog eats really fast now he slows down. I bought the wooden stand also. He is tall and he seems to be more comfortable eating.

Wicked fast shipping (two days). I ordered/received (2) individual feeding stands (6") with (2) small slow feeder bowls (each pup eats about 3/4 cup total of kibble & protein), and another individual feeder stand with large water bowl for our 2 Mini Aussies. After previously buying several different feeding stations and a multitude of bowls (I could open a store) I've finally struck gold with Trot. The magnets are a brilliant idea and keep the bowl in place for our one slurping/pushing eater. Our other pup would freak out with the noise that she made and would stop eating. Thank God these work great! The station heights are absolutely perfect for our 30 lb. Mini's. The slow feeder bowls are just right - the pattern is not so intricate as to make it a big challenge for eating and cleaning. And the feeders, trays and bowls are very pretty (the light gray and the light blue). I loved everything so much that I ordered/received (2 days again) the snack puzzle plates. Again, the magnets work great to keep the puzzle in place to keep them busy while I do their grooming. I cannot stress enough how much easier their breakfasts and dinners are now that my slurper can eat quietly and the timid one can eat in peace. The open feeder style plus the secure bowl is the only kind he would eat from. Thank you Trot!!

Fast delivery, my sons old rescue has been having problems bending down to eat, the 12" bowl set is great for him. The bowls are high quality and I love the divit in the bottom to keep them in place. Easy to clean matt and bowls, attractive, different, fits nicely in modern surroundings. Gray was out of stock, we got the blue. It works.

Ordered the set with slow feed bowl and 6 inch riser. Very nice set! Just as described. Easy to clean. Looks so much nicer than our old setup. High recommend!

I love the dog ball, but the main thing is I can’t get a larger size and they ran out for a different colors. Hopefully that can be resolved very quickly.

I have purchases three items from Trotpets. I have the trot water bowl, trot puzzle bowl and the individual mat. I love the magnetic connector on the mat and bowl. The quality of these products is top tier. Super impressed. These are the only bowls my puppy will ever use.

I hesitated to order for months based on previous bad reviews. But I figured my purchase was protected with my credit card. I’m glad I ordered! Not only was their customer service quick to respond and super helpful, they did exactly what they said they would within a timeframe that was exceptional. My ordered arrived within a week and it is amazing! I can’t wait for my new puppy to use her bowls and eventually the stand when she gets big enough! Whatever problems they had in the past seem to be resolved now.

It is nice quality, looks as expected. Could provide better quality tool to assemble.

So far as I can tell, Trot Pets doesn't appear to have any manner of customer support. The bowls themselves are nice, and if you do decide to order them, get them from Amazon, where you can make a return or exchange without the headache of dealing with Trot directly. Unfortunately, I didn't know any better and ordered directly from Trot. I returned my initial order because I didn't care for the color. The return made its way to their warehouse two weeks ago, but was never processed. I followed up via email. No response. I followed up via the customer support portal on their website. No response. I posted a comment on their Instagram. No response. At the end of the day I'll just provide the paper trail to my bank and have them cancel the charge, but any company working in the e-commerce space ought to do better, and when it comes to Trot, customer support is nonexistent.

I like the product, but getting ahold of anyone has been just about impossible so far. I ordered a single mat and stand to go with the orange full set that I already own. The color i received was more of a peachy coral color, so I returned it. It was delivered to them on May 19. It is now June 4, I have sent emails and messages asking for the status of my refund with zero response this far. I was planning to purchase a new mat in a different color and another bowl to match, but I was waiting on my refund prior to making that purchase.
The product itself is great, I give the product 5 stars. I give the customer service 1 star.
