Mathew has been extremely helpful from start to finish my only criticism would be that if a letter from true solicitors arrives which needs signing and it isn’t reverent and the client dosnt sign it the letter is repeated ever couple of days

True solicitors were excellent from the very start. From receiving my itemised quote through to final completion of sale. Response time to queries or follow ups was extremely quick. They are one of the few solicitors i have used who provide pre-paid self addressed envelopes with any paperwork requiring a wet signature. Communication on how the sale was progressing was fantastic, i was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Madison went above and beyond to make sure that we knew exactly what was happening at all time during our purchase and was really patient whilst we got our mortgage application organised. She was able to explain the processes to us whenever we asked and made buying our first home really easy and stress-free. Gurpreet was an amazing help with the all of the checks that were required for purchase and her assistance was greatly appreciated when she was able to help family members when accessing documents. They made me feel at ease and that I wasn’t doing anything wrong by instructing them. After over 10 years of no works being carried out and my landlord ignoring my requests, they made it clear to me that my repairs needed to be addressed and they could help. I was anxious about taking my landlord to court, however they handled everything for me via email and phone call’s which made it so much easier and kept me updated throughout the process. They are very professional and nothing was a bother for them. The case has now been settled to my advantage and hopefully within the next few months, the house will become our family home again.
