I would highly recommend True Solicitors.
They made me feel at ease and that I wasn’t doing anything wrong by instructing them. After over 10 years of no works being carried out and my landlord ignoring my requests, they made it clear to me that my repairs needed to be addressed and they could help. I was anxious about taking my landlord to court, however they handled everything for me via email and phone call’s which made it so much easier and kept me updated throughout the process. They are very professional and nothing was a bother for them. The case has now been settled to my advantage and hopefully within the next few months, the house will become our family home again. I would highly recommend True Solicitors.

Great experience, highly recommend

I experienced bad service from True Solicitor caseworker
I experienced bad service from solicitor Amena Miah, yesterday as a client I felt humiliated by her she was Unprofessional over the phone tell me and tell me not possible to have compensation enquiries I won't recommend this individual. I've attempted to contact her several time as she was stated to no able to go ahead with my case without a good reason and rejected twice, all of sudden she threaten cut me communication cut and cold my case and make it delayed as threat for no reason and let other people answer instead of her to inform me that she was always busy after left her several messages for over a month and accuse me that it was my fault delay of the case the reason why she refuse pick up my calls.I won't recommend this individual promise if Landlord no jopb done she would fight for court and get compensate as she refuse to take seriously my case avoid pick up phone calls long term and accusing me not to give her right evidences and delay of case and close down before surveyor visit?Not Recommend her is Horrendous Unprofessional👎🏻

We welcome reviews, both good and bad, and we try to learn from them. However, we don’t accept that your review is in any way fair or accurate and we dispute it in the strongest possible terms. Furthermore, we are not willing to accept personal attacks on our colleagues who work incredibly hard, day in and day out, to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
We were first instructed by you on 19th January. Within 3 days you were complaining about the pace of progress of your case and within a week you called to complain that your case was taking too long and then hung up when we tried to explain the process to you. By the 3rd of February you were making threats to ‘report’ us for ‘wrongdoing’.
You expected us to be able to get you compensation and repairs to long lasting defects to your property within a matter of days of taking on your case, which is completely unrealistic and totally unreasonable, and when Amena repeatedly and patiently tried to explain why this was not possible you refused to listen, were rude, threatening and shouted at her without any justification whatsoever. Our colleagues have a right to be treated with respect, and we are gratified that the overwhelming majority of our clients recognise and appreciate the hard work put in on their behalf. However, we are not willing to tolerate any of our colleagues being treated badly, when they are simply trying to help. On that basis we were not willing to continue to represent you.
