Charlie Diaz was great to work with. He took our needs of transporting our boat professionally and when we needed special transportation he found it for us. And when we changed our minds, he found us a new driver within 24 hours. He even called to check to make sure our boat made it to our new home safely. Great customer service - will recommend and use again if needed!!!!!

Charlie was exceptional to work with. I needed a boat transported from CA to AZ, it needed to be hauled on a trailer. He was able to find a driver that could transport it on a trailer, but it ended up falling through. I had a deadline to get the boat out of its location. He worked very diligently to find someone who was able to retrieve the boat before my deadline. He kept me extremely well informed from the beginning to end as well as responding to my messages in a very timely manner. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second to work with Charlie for any future transport needs.

Worked with Charlie Diaz to have an ATV shipped 500+ miles. He made it happen even after a couple of independent drivers dropped the ball. He kept working for me until it arrived at my home.

Charly did a great job excellent communication

Charlie Diaz did a great job of communicating start to finish and in between. We needed our camper moved from mid south Florida to Waco, Texas. Our only hiccup was we were told by dispatch it was going to be on sight the next day. Over 20 hours to complete the journey non-stop. Pick-up Thursday, deliver on Friday. Saturday is 4th of July. OK we thought driver wanted the 4th off. Who by the way did not speak English. We hooked him up an sent him down the road. Now in order to meet him we needed to go so he would not need to wait on us. We took off an didn't look back. I don't usually drive that many hours, but I needed to get there to meet driver. 8 a.m.we got in an called, only to find out driver got tired an needed to rest, an that is what it should be. No problem with that. I would have liked a heads up that I didn't need to put up over 20 hours on the road myself. Our first time hiring someone to haul for us, an in the end it turned out good, delivery of camper in same condition as it left us. Driver was professional an polite, thank goodness for translating app.
