Great customer service. Very responsive and helpful. I got my car delivered all within a week of talking prices. Setting dates for pick up and drop off. Pretty easy and reliable company. Only issue was there was a slight raise in price but I was notified before making any final decisions. They were still able to get me a good deal compared to other companies I reached out to.

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with MoverJet Logistics LLC, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

My vehicle was picked up in Jacksonville, Florida, on August 26, with delivery to Los Angeles. I was originally promised that my vehicle would be delivered around August 30 or August 31. However, my car was not delivered as promised.

After the expected delivery date passed, I had an extremely difficult time getting anyone to answer my calls or provide me with clear information about what was happening with my vehicle. I was given several different explanations about the delay. First, I was told that the driver transporting the vehicles had been involved in an accident. Later, I was told that the driver had been arrested because someone had reported one of the vehicles as stolen. Then, I was given a third explanation—that the driver’s truck had broken down.

I honestly do not know which version, if any, was accurate. What I do know is that from the time my vehicle was supposed to be delivered, no one provided me with clear communication, updates, or a proper explanation about the location and status of my car.

My vehicle was finally delivered approximately 20 days after it was picked up, and it was delivered by a different person. When I received my car, I noticed scratches and damage that were not there before.

What makes this experience even worse is that no one seems willing to take responsibility. The broker I originally hired, MoverJet Logistics LLC, has not provided me with proper answers. There was apparently another broker involved, as well as the driver, but I have been unable to get clear information or accountability from anyone involved in the transportation of my vehicle.

They claimed that they sent me information by email, but I did not receive the information they are referring to. The only contact information I personally had was the phone number of the person who called us when they came to pick up the vehicle.

This entire experience has been a nightmare. A vehicle that was supposed to arrive around August 30 or 31 ended up taking approximately 20 days to be delivered, with very poor communication, multiple conflicting explanations, and damage to my vehicle upon delivery.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled and the lack of communication and accountability. I am currently exploring my legal options and will be addressing this matter with my attorneys.

Tyler was very patient with me and had excellent and efficient communication skills. The car was delivered on the day promised and we had no issues. Would definitely use them again.

He helped me get an affordable and most efficient deal for shipping my car for over 2300 miles. My car arrived in 4 days even though one of the days was a holiday and I think that that’s amazing.

I had to ship my car from Arizona to Maryland for my son who is stationed there as a Marine and needed that car asap and they went to work and found a contractor one day, loaded it on a Friday afternoon then delivered in Maryland Monday morning. Great communication and service
ZACK LUMIERE helped me out.

I began working with this company and Zack Lumiere almost 2 weeks ago. While he communicated often, the price I ended up paying was not what I wanted nor was in the original contract. He gave lots of explanations as to why, but to me a contract was a contract. I ended up paying $450 more! We exchanged some unpleasant texts and after a couple days without communication, I finally agreed to get the process over with as other companies were even higher.
I’ve done this before and have never had this happen. However, in the end the car was safely delivered on day and time, as stated on the contract. I am glad the process is over!

I was shipping a 1997 SL320 from MA to MD in an enclosed trailer.

After reading all the horror stories about the auto transport industry, I didn’t think I would be writing a positive review - but here I am!

Zach was communicative throughout the process. He acted as my advocate when the first carrier couldn’t make the pickup and then tried to steer me to one of his buddies for a higher cost. Zach told me to be patient and he found a different carrier for the same price for pickup the very next morning.

The vehicle was delivered timely, safely and professionally.

MoverJet transported my sons Prius from CA to GA and the driver came down the ramp 2X. We didn't think anything of it and within 5 days the check engine light came on. Fast forward the driver had put a hole in the under shield and sight shield as well as bent the front impact bar. It ended up damaging the front shutter and condenser. White Hawk was the carrier and is saying because we didn't know within 48 hours there is no way to make a claim. It's extremely frustrating as it was late at night and the driver stood around until we paid him. I wouldn't do business with Movejet nor would I recommend them. It's very clear in the video that the damage occurred. A 1400 move ended up costing an additional 2800 for repairs. I do not recommend this company. Pay more and use a more professional service.

Consumer Alert

Beware: do not sign a contract with this company. Moverjet Logistics quoted a price of $350. After I signed a contract, their quote increased to $850. I had to pay $95 to get out of the contract, even though they had not contracted with a mover. Zach, their representative, said I should learn how the industry works. Wow! I think I just did.

Zack Lumiere was my assistant. He put great work into helping me ship my car from Massachusetts to Nevada. In 2 days he found me a suitable shipper that had great reviews and a good price. I thank him very much for the time he took to work with me. I highly reccomend their service.

Ann was absolutely fantastic to work with. She helped transport my side‑by‑side across multiple states, and throughout the entire process she showed patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to reschedule pickup twice. Ann never made me feel like a burden—she stayed flexible, understanding, and continued to work with my unpredictable schedule.

On the third attempt, the universe finally aligned, and Ann was able to coordinate a driver and make the delivery happen smoothly. This was my first time using a shipping/transport service like this, and it can be intimidating when you don’t know what to expect. Ann took the time to explain the process clearly, answered my questions, and put my mind at ease.

These days it often feels like everyone is out to get you, but Ann proved the opposite. She kept me informed, updated, and confident every step of the way. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference. I’m grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her.
