I did business with MoverJet Logistics, and it went so smoothly. I had my car moved from Minnesota to California. They had the better quote from all of the quotes I got. My car was pick up on a Saturday 7/18. The shipping started on Monday and it was delivered 7/22/2026. The agent; Ann Summers that helped me from the onset was so courteous and communicated every details along the way so well. Even the carrier that was used was great. I would strongly recommend Moverjet Logistics, they are reliable and their service is top-notched.

Very disappointing experience due to a lack of transparency and communication.

My vehicle pickup was delayed for over a week, and ultimately the car was never picked up at all. Throughout the process, the agent seemed unable to access or verify my order details on the spot and repeatedly had to call back with updates(agent was ok but seemd like he didnt have the right tools)—when I was able to get a callback.

The quoted price also increased dramatically from $1,000 to $2,700. Even after I agreed to the higher price, the vehicle was still not picked up.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and lacked transparency from start to finish. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I would advise potential customers to carefully consider other options before using this company.
