This is an absolute SCAM of a company. Buy the product, it will take awhile for oit to ship from China, it will be low quality/not work. You will then pay to return the product (in mint condition) because they offer a 90-day money back guarantee which they DO NOT HONOR. You will not get your money back. When you talk to "support" it will be AI generated emails. They be unable to contact you to a himan, provide a phone number, provide proof for their denial of the warranty, and won't ship the product back. You pay a lot of money to ultimately have nothing. Save yourself the hassle now. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

My experience with Truegrounding began at the end of November when I purchased a sheet, a pillowcase and a mattress from them through Klarna. I returned the mattress because after 2 months of ordering it still hadn't arrived, in the meantime I purchased another mattress from another supplier.I requested a return in writing by email, no one answered me, I requested a return from FEDEX company which sent it back to the address where the package came from. The package arrived back on 05.02.2026, but I still haven't received my money back through Klarna because even though I am within the 90 days according to the data on their website, they are not willing to process the return on the grounds that it had to be sent elsewhere, they have a partnership with that supplier. Communication with them is very difficult, they don't answer emails and they don't want to give the money back to the customers. Only now, going through this situation, have I read the customer reviews and I realize how unprofessional and stingy they are. Do not buy from this company because the services are extremely bad.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I ordered a Grounding Sheet in Dec 25. Due to a failed delivery attempt my parcel was held with the currier, True Grounding wanted more money to re-deliver. Then telling me to contact the Currier, the Currier telling me it has been returned to sender. Back & forth for weeks. True Grounding refusing to refund my money. They have just confirmed they have received it back, but then say they will be back in touch once they receive it back within the same paragraph. I have now threatened to go Trading Standards & highlight their very poor service. To which they respond: they have forwarded my query to their Logistics team. I have decided to raise a dispute with my bank against the payment. Stay away from this Company, u will not receive your goods or your money back.

I would rate a zero if I could. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to purchasing. It seems TrueGrounding has pulled the same scam on everyone. They sell products that don't work and advertise a 90 day money back guarantee but will find every excuse to not refund you. I am now out $352 and they did not refund a single dollar. They probably washed my sheets and resold it making money hand over fist. I don't understand how a company can keep their product and not refund any money to their customers. I suppose this is how they are making a profit. Tony, did offer to give me new sheets but I would have to pay $40 USD (I'm from Canada) per sheet for delivery. So for another $120 USD I could have the same 3 crappy sheets back. FYI, it cost me $25 Cdn to send the sheets back to them. The level of scamming involved here is next level. DO NOT BUY FROM TRUEGROUNDING!!!!

The mat is simple and attractive—not bulky or distracting in my home office, the durability is obvious right away, customer service responded fast with detailed advice, and the delivery process was smooth and efficient.

When I sent back for a refund because it didn’t work for me, this is the answer. I got from the company, buyer beware
Your returned items were not in resellable condition based on physical inspection due to signs of use

The ridiculous thing is they say you have to use it before you can return it. I used it two times and since I used it — it showed signs of use. Now they will not issue a refund, other than that it was in like new condition.

Just to absolutely confirm to everyone who is thinking of purchasing anything whatsoever from True Grounding; All positive reviews are fake. They have been paid for by this hideous company who have finally after months of lies, excuses & fob offs written on Trustpilot to say thats they have refunded me, for all to see… They haven’t!!!! Just another lie to add to this scamming, despicable company. They Have NOT refunded ANYTHING!

It fits the bed like a normal high-end fitted sheet and looks great, the craftsmanship is excellent with tight stitching and quality fabric, support helped me understand grounding plug setup clearly, and it came well-packaged and ahead of schedule.

I used the grounding mat for two weeks and did not notice any benefit. I gently washed and air dried it before returning it, along with three unused items. The return was made within the 90-day policy window.

The company refused the return and claimed the items were “heavily used,” which was not accurate.

Given this experience, I question the authenticity of the positive reviews and the ethics of this company. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

This product did not work at all.

Customers are told to use the grounding sheet for a month to see results, but when you return it, the company refuses a refund claiming it is “over-used”. It is a sheet — normal use is unavoidable.

This creates a situation where refunds are practically impossible. You are required to use the product, then punished for using it. I even paid return postage for nothing.

This feels like a deliberate strategy to avoid refunds. Very misleading business practices. I would strongly advise others to be careful.

I ordered an item from true grounding in December for a Christmas present. I paid for standard shipping because the website said it would arrive by Christmas but it did not. Now 8 weeks later I still have no package. The customer service just keeps saying it’s on its way but I don’t believe it. I have asked for them to cancel the order and give me a refund but they are refusing. I am absolutely disappointed with this company.

From fabric to function, everything about this product feels premium, and their team provided excellent support.

This is a scam. Don't go near it. It doesn't work and you can't get a refund.
