Terrible, 90 quid order ten percent discount code with one day to use, all bar one item discounted so should have worked on rest, gave me less than 30p off the discounted item, nothing off the other 86 pounds worth, emailed and got told maybe I did it on the wrong date, sorry but I can read, sent proof and screenshot etc and was told oh so sorry it didn't work for you etc nothing like other companies who sort it by giving a new code...... eventually got another code a different way and again 90 quid order gave me 14p off, say 10 percent to get you to look then scam as not even 2 percent and some will still order as they want the item etc, also found all products cheaper even the om3 they had marked down, found that 11 pound cheaper than the sale price lol so not as cheap as they make out. Will stick with the entertainer and argos, at least they have fab customer service and their codes work properly

I previously had a great experience with Bargain max. However I returned some items all sent back together in one box but was only refunded for one of the items in the box. I connected them and they said they hadn’t recieved the items at all despite me sending tracking info and saying I had been refunded for one but not the others. Never got my money back. EXTREMELY DODGEY. AVOID!

I was searching everywhere for a purple scooter for my great niece. I have been searching for 2 months and nearly given up when True toys appeared, I ordered it and I received it two days later, absolutely pleased with how quickly I received it, easy ordering and true toys do a lot of great deals and so many different toys!!

Really bad experience and paid extra for it to come next day and still not received plus it’s my sons birthday and he’s had no presents due to you not sending the parcel.delivery service has been awful and communication is horrible too.

Great prices, fast delivery and my son is going to be over the moon!

I’ve placed several orders from TrueToys; the items I have received have been of good value and were genuine products.
However, two main issues have arisen:
Firstly, a specific item I have ordered multiple of across different orders has frequently arrived damaged due to the poor packaging not securing them inside the box - the boxes have also been damaged badly on occasions.
Secondly, I have had orders cancelled abruptly a day or two after being placed due to an ‘error’ with their ‘stock levels’ displayed on their website.
