True Toys Avis

I’ve placed several orders from TrueToys; the items I have received have been of good value and were genuine products.
However, two main issues have arisen:
Firstly, a specific item I have ordered multiple of across different orders has frequently arrived damaged due to the poor packaging not securing them inside the box - the boxes have also been damaged badly on occasions.
Secondly, I have had orders cancelled abruptly a day or two after being placed due to an ‘error’ with their ‘stock levels’ displayed on their website.

Prices are amazing, I was able to get two toys for my daughter for the price that one would have cost elsewhere. Delivery was also fast, items were despatched quickly and packed well. Really pleased with this company and will definitely be using again.

Outstanding service from True Toys! Really good low prices for lovely items and superfast delivery ... I ordered quite late on Friday afternoon and the package was delivered in my hand less than 48 hours later, truly excellent. I am very happy, thank you True Toys.

Good product I didnt find elsewhere. Thank you

Just Brilliant

Fabulous items great prices and high quality. Fast delivery.

I made great savings on the items I purchased and I'm extremely impressed at the speed of delivery. I have previously purchased from this company (formerly Bargain Max) and have every intention of doing so again in the future

Had such a good service with this company .quick delivery , no problems with items they are very good quality and worth the prices . Had 3 orders from them and had a great experience with them .

I ordered a Barbie set and paid for next day delivery. The item was being delivered by Evri who informed me they had my parcel and would be delivered. The parcel did not get delivered until 3 days later. I contacted true Toys on the day it should have been delivered and they refunded the amount I had paid for next day delivery. They sent a follow up email asking me to let them know if the parcel was not delivered within the next few days.

Superfast and cheap delivery. Beautiful bike and daughter started pedalling first evening of use. Great!

The price was very competitive and it was easy to order the item. It was also delivered within a couple of days, even ordering it on a Saturday. Will use True Toys again. highly recommended.

Excellent prices, delivered prompt, would definitely use this shop again.

Great products, great prices. Fast delivery

Easy to order and really quick delivery- very pleased

Everything is perfect thank you. Made 2 large orders ready for Christmas. My daughter will be over the moon. Very quick delivery and amazing prices

Great selection of toys at fantastic prices. Order was very easy to place, website was easy to navigate, order arrived quickly and was packaged safely.

Good value for money. Arrived quickly .
Would buy from again.

After waiting a week with no delivery I had raised my concern with true toys, they put in a return order to EVRI since they had lost a nearly 5ft long box… not something that gets kicked under a unit by mistake! True toys sent out another one and again the same problem arose but not with True Toys but with EVRI, I would suggest to this company that they use a different courier, I ended up driving an hour to EVRI depot and walking into the staff entrance and retrieving my sons parcel myself! They’re the reason this is 4* because you’re using an awful courier service.

Super fast delivery. Highly recommend. Will be back

Very fast delivery, very good prices, great customer service, couldn’t ask for more.
